Stayed here on our recent trip to Thailand. We were travelling with another couple, both with 1 kid each. We got the interconnecting rooms, both the rooms were equally spacious and were a replica of each other. Mattress was very comfortable, we all had a good night sleep. There was a nice comfy arm chair with foot stool in the room, other than the bed. There was a bath tub other than the Shower area, which was a plus. We didn’t get time to use it though. The Room service in the hotel is lightning fast, we were very impressed. Food is good too.The breakfast buffet speaks for itself, we all really enjoyed, offered a lot of variety. We also enjoyed the cocktails at their bar. The Bar had nice long walls, we wanted to sit inside but there was an event going on there, so we sat outside, next to the water body, which was great too. Some of us used the pool and had fun, the pool bar also serves great cocktails. The use of steam in’t complimentary, didn’t like that part. The Hotel is connected with Kingpower Duty Free Mall, we visited once, but didn’t find that great deals there. The neighbourhood is good otherwise, there are few Seven Eleven’s, Massage shops and local eateries at walking distance.

We booked this hotel because we were visiting from out of town for a friend’s wedding. The room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and great pillows. The bathroom was spotless, and the view of the city buildings was beautiful. The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of international dishes. We also appreciated the welcome drink. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Security was well managed, with a key card access system required before selecting your floor, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

❌ Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a 5-Star Experience I recently stayed at the Pullman King Power Rangnam, and honestly, it was not worth the money at all. For a hotel that claims to be a 5-star property, it fell short in almost every way. Here is why I wouldn't recommend it: Poor Cleanliness & Maintenance: The room was not properly cleaned. There was visible dust all over the headboard, and the balcony was dirty with bird droppings. The hotel itself feels quite old and outdated, and it seems like they aren't making any effort to renovate or improve the facilities. Disappointing Breakfast: The breakfast selection showed a complete lack of care and attention to detail. The sushi options felt like an insult to guests—just basic seaweed and cheap crab sticks (kanikama). Even the bakery and bread section tasted cheap. It really shows that they are cutting corners. The Only Plus: The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Overall, this place does not live up to 5-star standards. You can definitely find much better value and quality elsewhere in Bangkok.

I chose this hotel because of the swimming pool which is good for relaxing and having sunbath. One of the staff Nicky I met at the swimming pool was very nice and her service was exceptional! Gym room is also well equipped. Location wise it is within walking distance to Victory Monument station but it's still hot to walk in summer. Room is clean and spacious and I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. One thing I was not satisfied was the breakfast. Though there were many varieties in the buffet but did not look attractive and was not tasty at all. The coffee cup was not washed properly and still had some marks on it. Breakfast was disappointing and I was not sure the quality of other restaurants or menus as I did not try. Overall speaking the stay was pleasant and worth the price with good facilities.

The hotel is close to the Victory Monument Station, only take about 8mins to walk to there. Only need to take 1 station, can transfer to the airport connection line (Phaya Thai station). Nice lobby, breakfast area. There are some good price massage shop on the main street after walk out of the shopping center which next to the BTS station, so after 1 day shopping, I could make an appointment 1st, then back to the hotel take a shower, and walk back for oil massage, which is quite nice. Customer service are nice to the customer too. Swimming Pool / gym room were good and clean too. I guess if the hotel could upgrade the hair dryer, it would be great. This is one of the hotel that i would recommend to my friend who travel to Bangkok with senior family, easier to handle. But peak season the price is a bit expensive.

Great hotel with good amenities and decent buffet spread. Location is very much catered to Chinese tourists going to the duty free mall to shop. Aside from the mall, it's far from everything else and will be a victim of the usual Bangkok traffic jam if travelling into the Sukhumvit area. Staff had wildly varying levels of service - check-in staff was friendly, polite and helpful. They asked about our day, gave us suggestions, and helped us to bring our luggage into the room. The bellboy was great, he spoke better English than some of the reception staff and took the initiative to ask us if we needed help with booking a taxi when he saw us leaving our room with our luggages. The check-in staff at the lounge was polite and helpful but not attentive. I did not book breakfast for my room but she initially ticked on my card that breakfast is included. She saw my passport and knows where I'm from but the country on my invoice was wrong. The other staff helping her was clumsy and awkward, leaving an iPad in front of me while her colleague was talking and gave me no context until I asked. Housekeeping was lacking, a chestnut shell was lying on the floor beside the bed when I checked in. Check-out staff was professional but not friendly. Location-wise, there are better options in Bangkok for the money, especially the Novotel hotels above Siam Square and Platinum mall. King Power duty free mall feels like the airport duty free mall; there is no sense in staying here if you're in Bangkok to shop.
