My husband and I did a lot of research on where to stay in Phuket, we finally ended up here at My Beach Resort. We wanted a place further from the crowd, a more private beach for safety reason. This resort offers the nicest massage too, through Lime Leaf Spa. An excellent experience. Those street side masseur was far to compare. Breakfast varieties is great and yummy. Sea activities are also available. I tried paddle boat and yoga with the instructor Boon. Was a nice experience. Within walking distance there is a 7-11 and few restaurants. Staffs are friendly including the housekeeper who is humorous. This is so far my longest review I have ever given to a business. This is because they really worth a compliment ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Good job team! U deserve a 6 stars review.

We just finished our third stay in three years at My Beach Resort Phuket and once again it was an amazing experience. The resort is small but beautiful, very peaceful and family-like. Every time we come here, it feels like coming home. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the service is excellent, the food is very good, and the beach is clean and relaxing. The area around the hotel is quiet, cozy and perfect for people who want to relax away from the crowded tourist spots. If you are looking for a calm, comfortable and warm atmosphere, this place is definitely for you. We will definitely come back again. Thank you My Beach Resort Phuket!

I chose to stay here on my recent trip to Phuket. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is quite lovely peaceful beach, calm surroundings, and a relaxing vibe that I really enjoyed. However, the room experience was a bit below expectations. Upon entering, there was a noticeably musty smell, which was quite unexpected. Cleanliness around the sink area could also be improved, as it didn’t feel as well-maintained as it should be. I would rate the cleanliness around 6/10. One of the more disappointing points was the housekeeping policy regarding towels. I was informed that towels would only be replaced if left on the floor. Personally, I find this “eco” approach understandable, but it would be more thoughtful if replacements could be offered without guests having to request or follow specific steps. Having stayed in several 4–5 star hotels, I do feel there’s room for improvement in terms of overall service and attention to detail.

Wenn möglich würde ich diesen Hotel 5+ Sterne geben. Mein Partner und ich haben uns entschieden in Phuket zu heiraten und haben uns dafür an Nattita und das Complex Sales Wedding Team des My Beach Resort Phuket gewandt und es keine Sekunde bereut. Bereits in der Planung wurden wir gut beraten und der Kontakt war leicht hergestellt. Als in diesem April unsere Hochzeit endlich stattfand, wurden unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Sei es die Planung vor Ort, die gute Organisation durch das zuvorkommende Team, die Gastfreundlichkeit, die Dekoration, unser Redner Nick, der Fotograf, die Reinigungskräfte, die unser Zimmer unglaublich schön dekoriert haben, die Servicekräfte beim 4 Gänge Menü... Ich kann gar nicht jedes Detail beschreiben, aber ich würde mich nicht anders entscheiden wollen. Dieses Hotel ist etwas abgelegen, aber für solch ein Event genau richtig. Old Town Phuket ist in 20 min via Grab erreichbar. Der Strand ist klein und etwas ruhiger gelegen, der nächste 7/11 ist fußläufig erreichbar, genau wie das ein oder andere Massagestudio. Unsere Familie, Freunde und wir haben die Zeit im My Beach Resort sehr genossen und können es nur jedem ans Herz legen 🤍

I just spent three fantastic nights at My Beach and I’m sad to leave tomorrow. The entire experience was 10/10. From the very friendly breakfast service to the welcoming reception and the spotless job by housekeeping – everyone was super professional and kind. A special shoutout to the bar team, especially Folk Berm! These guys are doing an amazing job, they are professional, friendly, and create a great atmosphere. They really made my evenings special. I stayed at My Beach Resort in Phuket, and it was a beautiful and relaxing experience. The location is absolutely stunning. The resort sits right on the beachfront in Cape Panwa. I really appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area is compared to other parts of Phuket. The beach itself is scenic and calm, although during low tide I found parts of it a bit rocky at certain times of the day. Our room was luxurious, modern, and very clean. We had direct pool access from our room, which was absolutely luxurious and made the stay feel even more special. Being able to step straight from our terrace into the pool was amazing and something I would highly recommend. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the small details like free water in the room that made the hotel more luxurious. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. What stood out most to me was the service. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. From reception to the restaurant and beach bar, I felt well taken care of. The hospitality really elevated the experience and made the stay feel special. The food was another highlight. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options, and the beachfront dining atmosphere was fantastic — especially around sunset. The pools are beautifully positioned facing the sea, and I liked having access to kayaks and paddle boards for a more active afternoon. The resort is a bit removed from central Phuket, which I personally liked because it kept things calm and relaxed. Before staying here, we spent a week at Kata Beach. Kata Beach has more energy, shopping opportunities, restaurants. Combining one week there with one week at My Beach Resort turned out to be the perfect balance — first enjoying the livelier atmosphere and convenience of shops and dining, and then fully unwinding in the peaceful surroundings of Cape Panwa. Overall, I would describe My Beach Resort as a peaceful beachfront retreat with excellent service, beautiful views, and a relaxed atmosphere. After staying there, I genuinely feel the hotel deserves to be featured in the Michelin Guide again. The level of comfort, hospitality, and overall experience truly stands out and makes it a place I would gladly return to.
