The Pavilion Spa in Phuket is an absolutely gorgeous place! Tucked away exclusively up in the hills, it feels like a private, elite paradise far away from the crowds, offering the most breathtaking, tranquil views and total privacy. We stayed in Villa 33, and it was spectacular—the perfect blend of luxury, seclusion, and beautiful surroundings. A major highlight was having our very own private spa right inside the villa. Our package even included a free one-hour massage, which was absolutely incredible and the ultimate relaxing experience without even having to leave our room. During our stay, a few minor issues occurred, but the team dealt with them absolutely instantly and efficiently, turning things right around with zero hassle. What truly sets this place apart is this world-class team. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Anthony, the Reception Manager, who went completely above and beyond to make our stay flawless. He is an absolute credit to the resort; nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his incredible attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made a huge impression on us from the moment we checked in. Khun So was also another amazing team member who looked after us beautifully and made our experience so memorable. If you are looking for an ultra-exclusive, beautiful luxury getaway in Phuket with elite staff, this is the place to go. What an amazing experience we had in this gorgeous hotel, first of all the welcome was nice big THANKS to Mr.Anthony who made us feel like home, second all the details in the room like blanket on the couch which I do like lots so I can watch tv cozy, the restaurants and bars price r not expensive at all and the happy hours r amazing, definitely this will be our only holiday place ,thanks for everyone who works here, u made my stay unforgett, oh and our villa even had a our own massage room as well❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My wife and I came here together, and from the moment we arrived at The Pavilions Phuket, we knew this stay was going to be special. A huge thank you to Sai, who gave us exceptional service and truly set the tone for an amazing stay from the very beginning. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people we have met. We also want to thank Nung for recommending so many great places to visit around Phuket, your advice made our trip even more memorable. The buffet breakfast was honestly the best we had during our trip, with so many delicious options to choose from every morning. Every staff member we interacted with was always ready to help with a smile, and the level of hospitality throughout the resort was incredible. We stayed in the Tropical Pool Villa, and it exceeded our expectations. The villa was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The private pool and views were amazing, and we loved the large bathroom and living space. Another thing that really stood out was the buggy service by far the quickest and most efficient we’ve experienced at any resort. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but I want to sincerely thank each and every staff member we interacted with for making our stay so special. If anyone is questioning whether they should stay here please do. I promise you will not be disappointed.

A resort located on the hill with challenging steep slopes within the compound, can be quite confusing to move around the resort without guide/buggy. Otherwise, rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Staff are attentive and friendly. 😊😊😊

We came to The Pavilions Phuket with slightly cautious expectations, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The check-in experience was excellent, special thanks to Cher Em for the warm and professional welcome. The room is huge and features two bathrooms, which was a great bonus. The bed is very comfortable as well. While the interior design is a bit on the darker side for our taste, everything else about the room was truly great. One standout feature is the hotel app, which makes communication incredibly easy. You can chat directly with staff, request items like towels and water, or contact housekeeping, which is very convenient. The resort itself is quite large, so getting around by buggy is the norm. This worked very well for us; even at busy times, the longest we had to wait was around 10 minutes. The pool area is beautifully designed and a great place to relax. The drinks by the pool could use some improvement, and we did not try the food there. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, it was very tasty with a good selection. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

On arrival at The Pavilions, we were warmly welcomed by Louise. She was generous with her time, and the personal touch was much appreciated. Unfortunately, our room was not ready despite it being the official check-in time. We were told we would need to wait half an hour, which ultimately turned into an hour. While we were offered a complimentary drink during the wait, we would have much preferred to have had the room available on time. The following morning, we requested a late check-out to compensate for the delayed check-in, but it was disappointing that this could not be accommodated. The setting of the 360° bar was stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed sunset drinks there. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the buggy service around the hotel grounds was efficient and convenient.
