⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Karon Beach Resort for my 30th birthday celebration.The resort is beautiful, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Every team member I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome and well looked after. A special thank you to Justine and Aoy at breakfast, who provided outstanding service every morning. Their genuine smiles, attentiveness, and friendly conversations were the perfect start to each day. They remembered the little details and consistently went above and beyond to make breakfast a highlight of my stay. The hospitality service of the all the staff reflects the excellent service culture throughout the resort. I will highly recommend Pullman Karon Beach Resort and look forward to returning in the future!

We had a fantastic stay at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. The resort is beautiful, with spacious rooms, stunning gardens, and excellent facilities. The pools were clean and relaxing, and the beach is just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was peaceful despite the size of the resort. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Phuket. We would definitely come back

Отдыхали в мае в данном отеле. Понравилось абсолютно всё, особенно завтраки, они были шикарны. Большой выбор блюд, вегетарианская, безглютеновая, рыба, всё в большом количестве. Сыр с голубой плесенью, бри, роллы и красная рыба на завтрак, свежевыжатые соки, всё в достатке. 🍎 Большой выбор фруктов: стандартно ананас, яблоки, арбуз, дыня, а так же мандарины, папайя, питахайя, мангустин, лонган, один раз было даже тайское розовое яблоко 🌴 Территория большая, зелёная, видно что ухаживают. Между корпусами каждые 5-10 минут курсируют гольф кары 🏢 Номера чистые, современные, уборка иногда была даже 2 раза в день. 🧧 Мы приехали на заселение после 3 часов, именно поэтому нас заселили в номер моментально, ждать даже не пришлось. В этот же день был большой заезд туристов из Индии и для быстроты заселения нас сопроводили в vip ресепшен без всяких доплат. При том, что у нас был номер самой обычной категорией.

We stayed at this resort last week. A great location close to most of the attractions. Staff were wonderful,so pleasant and helpfull. Our room was nice but a bit small for 3 people. The bed configuration of 2 doubles in a room was no go for this hotel, so they put 2 singles together for us and then another single for the other guest,not what we payed for. Some parts of hotel are dated but their refreshing those areas at the moment. Breakfast buffet is nice but not brilliant. Getting around there's a shuttle cart that comes every 5 mins taking u around the resort. A memorable experience for our first visit to Thailand.Thanks to the staff we will b back one day soon😀

Our room overlooked the sea and the Ocean Beach Club pool area, which was a real highlight. On certain nights, there were fire shows and DJs, and it was great being able to enjoy these from our balcony. We spent most of our time at the Ocean Beach Club pool, as it was our favourite, though all the pools around the resort were lovely. The food and drinks were excellent; while slightly more expensive than outside the resort, we found them to be reasonably priced for the quality and convenience. There were plenty of tuk-tuks and taxis available at the rear entrance, making it easy to get around. We used these to travel to the nearby Kata Beach area whenever we left the resort. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.

WOW, what an amazing time. We stayed 4 nights and we definitely wanted to stay longer. The resort is spectacular, you are spoilt for choice when choosing a pool, and the grounds are so beautifully maintained. My family and I were looked after, from the moment we arrived to even the lovely breakfast boxes when we left to catch an early flight. Our room was always immaculate by the lovely Chompoo, such an asset to the resort. The 24hr gym was always pristine, the gym manager is on top of everything. The location and access to the beach AMAZING. All staff at the resort were so wonderful, I am sad to go, but I will be back.
