Memorable stay! It's my first time here. Honestly before staying at this hotel, I was considering not continue my Accor membership program due to the obvious change of benefits. After a few days here, I think I'm reconsidering to continue again because their service and hospitality are above & beyond! They save one member from leaving Accor! Starting from a very attentive service, checking-in was smooth, room was nice, breakfast was amazing (closing at 11am is a big plus). Daily free-to-attend active activities at 8am, 10am, 1pm, 3pm help us stay busy in the hotel facility. Not the direct beachfront, but proximity to the beach is good enough with the private staircase downhill to the beach (only downside is you have to climb us after spending time at the beach). Free cocktail spcial hour on Thu 6-7pm for Accor member with the greeting of a friendly GM. VERO restaurant offered an amazing closure of my trip with wonderful view and delicious pizza (must try!). Overall, very impressive and will definitely come back. Special thanks to all staffs who work there (welcoming, reception, services, fitness instructor)

this hotel was amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had a wonderful experience. We had a beautiful room looking the ocean high ceilings, spacious comfortable bed hot shower, cold AC beautiful landscaping throughout day Property . wonderful service from all the employees. We had a great time we stay here for six nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. The pool is beautiful is infinity pool overlooking the ocean. If you’re thinking about a hotel close to the airport in Phuket look no further than this hotel we give it five stars and we will definitely come back when giving the opportunity thank you.

We recently stayed at the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. As Accor members, we were warmly welcomed by the Accor representative and the hotel manager, Albert, who made us feel incredibly valued throughout our stay. We were upgraded to the Grand Ocean Room, along with early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip even more relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with an amazing view of the Andaman Sea. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The spa treatments were also fantastic and added to the overall relaxing experience. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality from all the staff — everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. Albert personally greeted us every morning to check on how our stay was going, which was a very thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Phuket. We will definitely be back again!

One of my favourite hotels on earth. The hotel is beautiful, with pools, lounges, and a near by gorgeous quiet beach with an easy access from the hotel. There are activities every day and the staff is friendly and very helpful. They offer car rides around the hotel as some rooms are further away, but everything is well organised. The bedrooms are amazing with breathtaking views. But the main event is the spectacular breakfast ; there is so much variety and everything is just delicious. The hotel is close to the airport but without any disturbance. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Great beachfront hotel with beautiful views, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast was definitely the highlight, with a great variety of both Western and Eastern options. We also enjoyed the pizza and desserts at the Italian restaurant. The only minor downsides were quite a few bugs during outdoor dinners and one missed turndown service. Neither was a big deal, but having the room refreshed after an afternoon at the beach would have been nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Un séjour exceptionnel ! Nous avions initialement réservé une seule nuit, mais nous nous sommes tellement plu dans cet hôtel que nous avons finalement prolongé notre séjour pour quatre nuits. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégantes et très confortables. En tant que membre Platinum Accor, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis avec un surclassement dans une superbe chambre avec vue sur la mer ainsi qu'un excellent cocktail de bienvenue, des attentions très appréciées. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement remarquable, avec un choix impressionnant et des produits de grande qualité. La terrasse offrant une vue sur la piscine et la mer est magnifique. Un cadre idyllique, un service attentionné et une expérience que nous n'hésiterons pas à renouveler.
