Saw a review of this Hotel in Flip Flop Traveller channel on youtube. Booked a trip to BKK specifically to see for myself this hotel. I was blown away by the service. EVERY single staff, from CSO to wait staff to doormen were cordial, welcoming and friendly. Small example of excellent service is when waiter sees you eating chawanmushi from those small bowl and she takes the initiative to bring you a teaspoon to better eat with it rather than the big table spoon without you asking. Or Gym trainer sees you walking into Gym 10 mins after your wife signed up for a free workout session (we went to Gym seperately) and he makes a gamble to ask if it was your wife who came in earlier and asked would I want to join her next day for her workout session with him. Initiatives like these among many others, got me blown away by how the management imbued such level of attentiveness in their not inconsiderable team. Hotel itself was fantastic, you can see for yourself from many reviews online. I just have to say, first time I see a hotel build ALL its rooms facing the park so every room have park view. The other side, where it does not have a park view but partial city view) hotel reserved for its storage and service rooms, thus sacrificing much income. Price was not cheap, but I have to say, worth every penny just from service rendered alone. I stayed in high floor room with club access (tip : worth paying extra for club access). The Sky lounges were amazing. Must order their lobster to go with their cocktails. Congratulation again to Dusit Thani for a wonderful experience.

오랫동안 방콕의 상징이었던 명성에 걸맞게 현대적인 럭셔리와 태국 전통의 우아함이 조화롭게 재탄생한 5성급 호텔입니다. 이번에 클럽 코너룸에 투숙하며 경험한 소감은 명과 암이 명확했습니다. 가장 인상적인 것은 객실 통창 너머로 시원하게 펼쳐지는 압도적인 전망입니다. 푸른 룸피니 공원과 방콕 도심의 스카이라인이 한눈에 내려다보이는 창가 공간은 머무는 내내 큰 감동을 주며, 새롭게 지어진 만큼 객실 컨디션 자체는 매우 쾌적하고 세련되었습니다. 특히 클럽 라운지 서비스는 정제된 차분함과 품격 그 자체를 보여주며 머무는 동안 큰 만족감을 주었습니다. 다만 부대시설과 편의성 측면에서는 아쉬움이 컸습니다. 호텔의 전체적인 웅장한 규모에 비해, 화장실이나 피트니스 센터 옆에 딸려 있는 부대시설의 공간 규모는 5성급 호텔의 명성에 미치지 못할 정도로 다소 협소하게 느껴졌습니다. 특히 수영장 등 부대시설 내 샤워 부스가 단 1개밖에 갖추어져 있지 않아 이용할 때 큰 불편함이 따랐습니다. 수준 높은 클럽 라운지와 환상적인 룸피니 공원 뷰, 뛰어난 객실 하드웨어는 훌륭하지만, 부대시설의 실용적인 규모와 세부 편의 면에서는 개선이 필요해 보이는 숙소입니다.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Dusit Thani Bangkok on 30 July. After checking out, I planned to spend a relaxing evening at the poolside restaurant, enjoying dinner with the beautiful view of the park while waiting for my flight back to Singapore. As a paying customer, I ordered approximately THB 1,000 worth of food and drinks for myself. However, despite making a substantial purchase, I was told by a member of staff that I was not allowed to sit on the lounge chairs because I had already checked out and was no longer considered a hotel guest. While I understand that hotels may have policies regarding the use of their facilities, the way this was communicated felt unwelcoming and lacking in hospitality. Unfortunately, I did not pay enough attention to note the name of the staff member who approached me, so I am unable to identify them specifically. Nevertheless, the interaction left a very poor impression. As someone who was actively spending money at the hotel’s dining venue, I expected a more customer-focused approach. Instead, I was made to feel like I was no longer welcome the moment I checked out. The service came across as unfriendly and left a disappointing final impression of what had otherwise been a pleasant stay. Hospitality should extend beyond the checkout process, especially towards paying patrons. I had hoped to end my trip on a positive note by enjoying one last meal with the scenic view before heading to the airport, but this experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope the hotel reviews its policies and staff approach to ensure future guests and diners are treated with greater warmth, flexibility, and hospitality, even after they have checked out.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Dusit Thani Hotel! I truly loved the room—it was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and it really elevated the entire experience. The service at the club lounge was outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making me feel genuinely well taken care of throughout my stay. I also had an amazing massage experience at Devarana Wellness. A special thank you to Ple, Pupae, and Patty for their exceptional service and skill. They were professional, attentive, and made the whole experience deeply relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back!

The new Dusit Thani Bangkok pulls off something many hotels promise and few actually deliver: it feels truly modern without losing its Thai soul. No staged “heritage vibe,” no decorative clichés—just a clean, contemporary property where the hotel’s history shows up in subtle, confident details. “Do it the Thai way” isn’t a tagline here; it’s a mindset. Gentle service, attentive without hovering, always present in the most effortless way. My room came with a view over Lumphini Park—and that window sofa bench you rarely find in the right form. Not a piece of décor, but an invitation: sit down, slow down, watch the city breathe. Bangkok moves outside the glass, you’re inside with a cup of tea, and suddenly the city feels less chaotic and more alive. That’s the difference between a nice room and a room you remember. And the Club Level is simply a different league: a calm à la carte breakfast instead of buffet noise, a proper afternoon tea, and in the evening, snacks and cocktails with a view that feels almost unreal. The pool only gets direct sun until early afternoon, but honestly—the pool team are masters at anticipating what you want before you even ask. The arrival sets the tone, too: a Porsche pickup that feels sleek, current, and ready for an experience. Modern Bangkok, delivered with classic Thai grace.

During this trip to Bangkok, I stayed at several different hotels, and what impressed me most about this one was undoubtedly its breathtaking views. The scenery from the room was absolutely beautiful, both during the day and at night. Even without going out, I found myself perfectly content simply relaxing in the room and enjoying the view. The hotel has an elegant and peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down, unwind, and truly enjoy your vacation. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and my overall stay was very enjoyable. The service team was professional and courteous throughout my stay, and everything was handled smoothly. If I had to mention one thing, compared to some of the other hotels I stayed at during this trip, the service here was certainly good, but it felt like it was missing that extra personal touch that creates truly memorable moments. That said, it did not take away from my enjoyment of the hotel in any way. If you value stunning views, a relaxing atmosphere, and a place where you can simply stay in your room and appreciate the beauty around you, I would highly recommend this hotel.
