An extremely disappointing experience. Unfortunately, there was nothing positive to mention. The cleanliness of the resort was very poor, and the furniture was worn out and poorly maintained. The finishing quality was extremely low and does not even meet a 3-star standard, so it is surprising that it is rated as a 5-star resort. The food was very bad and had an unpleasant smell. Overall cleanliness and service were below expectations. The location was very average and not a highlight. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all.

Absolute perfection and world-class service! Our stay at V Villas Phuket was truly world-class, but what made it unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by our personal butler, IRAINY. In many luxury resorts, service can feel scripted, but with Irainy, it was incredibly intuitive and heartfelt. She has a rare gift for anticipating needs before you even voice them. Whether it was the seamless communication via WhatsApp, the meticulous way she ensured our villa always felt 'brand new' and pristine, or the small, thoughtful touches she prepared throughout our stay – her attention to detail is simply unmatched. Irainy manages to strike the perfect balance between being warmly attentive and strictly professional, always respecting our privacy while ensuring every moment was tailored to perfection. She doesn’t just provide a service; she creates an atmosphere of absolute comfort and magic. If you are visiting V Villas, you are in the best hands with her. She is a true asset to the MGallery Collection and the reason we are already planning our return. Thank you, Irainy, and the whole Team for making this holiday so special for us! 🥰

An absolutely exceptional dining experience from beginning to end. YON Ocean House combines an incredible setting with genuinely excellent food, but what really elevated the evening was the service. Our waitress, Olive, was outstanding. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and seemed to have a perfect sense of when to check in and when to simply let me enjoy the meal and the view. Everything arrived with impeccable timing, and Olive made the entire experience feel relaxed and personal while still maintaining the level of professionalism you expect from a restaurant like this. She is a tremendous asset to YON. The food matched the setting beautifully. The tuna tartare was incredibly fresh and vibrant, followed by a wonderful Andaman seafood bouillabaisse packed with delicate local seafood and flavor. The quinoa-crusted salmon was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked, with the accompaniments adding texture and brightness without overwhelming the fish. The poached pear cheesecake was an elegant finish—beautifully presented, balanced, and just indulgent enough. Combine all of that with the spectacular panoramic ocean views and sunset atmosphere, and YON becomes much more than dinner. It’s an experience I’d enthusiastically recommend to anyone visiting Phuket. And if you’re lucky enough to have Olive looking after your table, you’re in excellent hands.

We had an exceptional stay at V Villas Phuket. The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to our butler, Dean, for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail. We would also like to thank our buggy driver, Mukhtar, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The villa was spotless, and throughout our stay we did not notice any insects or geckos in the room, which made our experience even more comfortable. This is the perfect place for anyone looking for peace, privacy, and relaxation. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended

We had an unforgettable stay at V Villas Phuket, and a big part of that was because of our wonderful butler, Irainy 💕 She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Every request we made was handled with genuine warmth, efficiency, and impressive speed—even when it involved items that were not readily available at the villa, she always did her best to help us. We also experienced an issue with our villa, and Irainy immediately arranged for us to move to another villa so we could rest comfortably without any delay. Her professionalism and care truly made all the difference. She was also excellent in arranging our reservations and ensuring everything went smoothly from beginning to end. It is hard to express how grateful we are for her exceptional hospitality and kindness. One thing that truly stood out was that Irainy never said “no” to any of our requests. Even when we needed items that were not available at the villa because we had forgotten to buy them before going swimming, she immediately arranged for someone to go out to the shops and find everything we needed. She acted so quickly and efficiently, and it made a huge difference to our stay. Thanks to her thoughtfulness and dedication, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment of our vacation without any stress Thank you, Irainy, for making our stay so special. You are a true asset to V Villas Phuket, and we hope to see you again on our next visit. 💗
