Tuvimos la oportunidad de hospedarnos una semana y en general fue una muy grata experiencia. Desde nuestra llegada, algo que nos encantó fue lo pulcro y limpio que se percibe todo el hotel. La habitación siempre estuvo impecable, cómoda y con todos los accesorios necesarios. El baño merece mención especial por su excelente presión de agua y porque en ningún momento falló el agua caliente. Además, el servicio de limpieza fue constante y muy eficiente todos los días, gracias Bella por darnos la atención. En el área de alberca, el servicio también fue muy bueno. El señor encargado de las toallas siempre estuvo disponible para hacer cambios cuando lo necesitábamos. Los barman del pool bar fueron atentos en todo momento, siempre pendientes de si requeríamos algo, gracias Antonio, Francisco y Alfredo, perdón si no recuerdo todos los nombres.De igual manera, los meseros ofrecieron un trato muy amable; en especial recordamos a Leo, quien destacó por su atención y también Mauricio del bar interno. En el área de snacks, el servicio fue excelente. Claudia, quien preparaba hamburguesas y hot dogs, siempre fue muy atenta, al igual que los chicos del área de pizzas, quienes fueron muy amables y atentos. El equipo de animación merece un reconocimiento especial: constantemente buscaban integrarnos, hacernos reír y crear un ambiente divertido., animando a integrarnos a realizar ejercicios. Disfrutamos muchísimo los juegos por la tarde y la fiesta de espuma en la alberca fue de nuestros momentos favoritos, gracias Rubén, Yahir, Rox, Jess, Santana. El Kids Club fue otro gran acierto. Las chicas fueron increíblemente amables; tanto así que mi hija decía que quería llevárselas a casa por el cariño y atención que le brindaron, Crissel y Lupita se quedaron en el corazón de mi niña, además quiero agregar que al momento de avisar de que mi hijo es tea se preocupabam por irmelo a entregar directamente hasta mi lugar, gracias por regalarme unos momentos de descanso. Por último, los shows nocturnos fueron espectaculares. Tuvimos la oportunidad de ver siete durante nuestra estancia, y todos estuvieron muy bien logrados. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy positiva y hermosa que disfrutamos mucho en familia y que tenemos que volver a repetir.

This was my second trip to Cancun. The first time, we stayed in Playa del Carmen and had a wonderful experience, so we decided to come back expecting the same. Unfortunately, this vacation turned into a nightmare. The hotel itself was okay, but the food situation was a disaster. We repeatedly tried to make dinner reservations but had no luck. We also spoke with the manager, who seemed completely uninterested in helping. As a result, we ended up eating outside the resort for 4 days, which was a huge waste of money considering we had paid for an all-inclusive package. The food at the hotel was extremely disappointing. While it looked appealing, the quality was poor. Nothing tasted fresh, and most dishes were overly salty. It was one of the worst dining experiences we've had at an all-inclusive resort. My advice: spend an extra $100 and stay at a different hotel. It may save your entire vacation. I would not recommend this resort and would not return.

An Amazing Christmas vacation at GR Solaris Cancun, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort was festive, welcoming and full of energy, making it the perfect place to celebrate the holidays! The entertainment staff absolutely stood out, they were fun, engaging and worked nonstop to make sure everyone was having a great time. From daytime activities to evening shows, they brought so much enthusiasm and holiday spirit that made our stay even more memorable. We traveled with our teenagers (18 and 13) they absolutely loved our vacation, the entertainment staff, specifically Marco, Rubin, Cezar and Israel were so good with the kids, kept them active and made sure they were never bored! The restaurants were excellent, with a great variety of food throughout the resort. And the pizza by the pool was a total game changer- perfect for quick bites between swimming and relaxing in the sun! The atmosphere was lively yet relaxing, the service was excellent, the Spa services were top notch and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Spending Christmas in Cancun at GR Solaris was unforgettable, and we would absolutely return! Highly recommend for families with teens and anyone who is looking for a fun, well-rounded vacation!

Hola acabo de hospedarme y el servicio es de 10 tanto las señoritas recepcionistas, meseros, las mucamas son muy amables, el show que presentan en la noche mis respetos realmente nos encantaron los tres que vimos, las señoritas del kids club muy amables y lindas con mi niña y nos daba tiempo de estar como pareja con la seguridad de que estaba muy bien cuidada, perooooo siempre hay un frijol en el arroz,, porque engañan con sus membresías, abordan a uno apenas va llegando, prometiendo que los acompañemos a un desayuno de aniversario y si te "regalan" boletos al ferry o al acuario etc pero no es regalo es un pago por tu valioso tiempo que quieres pasar con tu familia, porque perdón pero no fueron 90 min fueron más de 2 hrs escuchando a un señor que le daba vueltas y vueltas y no llegaba al punto de compra una membresía que cuesta lo de un auto, y cuando les dices que no, te sacan por la puerta de atrás, señores busque otra forma de vender, sean más inteligentes que engañar a sus huéspedes que van a disfrutar de sus vacaciones que todo lo bien que sus compañeros trabajan, ustedes lo vienen echando a perder. Volvería a Gr Solaris si porque los trabajadores del hotel hacen un excelente trabajo, los de ventas de membresías solo hacen que la experiencia sea horrible.

Overall, our stay at Solaris was disappointing due to several negative experiences with both service and dining. On the morning of August 4, the breakfast hostess at Café Solaris was very rude and unwelcoming. We spoke with the manager afterward, but they were not helpful in addressing our concerns, which made the experience even more frustrating. We also booked our stay through Expedia as an Expedia VIP reservation. Café Solaris had a designated seating area for Expedia VIP guests on some days, yet we were never allowed to sit there despite our eligible booking. This made the advertised VIP benefit feel meaningless. Throughout our stay, we also felt that Spanish-speaking guests appeared to receive more attentive and preferential service. While we understand language barriers can exist, the difference in how guests were treated was noticeable and negatively affected our experience. The one consistently positive dining experience we had was at the pizza restaurant. The food and service there were excellent and stood out as the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations for an all-inclusive resort. If we return to Mexico in the future, we would choose a different resort rather than stay at Solaris again. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests have a better experience.

Bueno hotel, pero excelente personal. Instalaciones lindas, limpias y modernas. Solo falta mas repostera y sombrillas en la playa, lo demás muy bien. Destaco el personal de los diferentes restaurantes, la Sra. YAMEL nos trató con una amabilidad y calidez digna de destacar. También quiero mencionar a Roque, feliciano, santos, Agustín que fueron nuestros meseros y dieron lo mejor. Y al Sr.Vermon que nos recibió en los restaurantes de forma profesional, amable y super predispuesto. Sin duda todo el equipo es muy bueno. Lo mejor del hotel.
