You never really know what you’re going to get with a resort that you’ve never been to before but i can honestly say we had an amazing experience! The restaurants are decent, but the buffet was by far our favorite. The food was different every night and for the most party everything was delicious. Idalia has a coffee cart in the buffet where she makes you a boozy coffee - she is amazing! William is on the entertainment team and he is incredible, so fun and remembers everyone’s names. All the staff are so kind and treated us so well! We made friends with so many staff members and loved seeing them everyday. Also such a clean resort - the staff is constantly working hard at keeping things looking nice. I would 100% recommend this resort. Went as a family of 10, great for kids, great for adults - all around a great time!

🇮🇹🔝☀️🏖️Nuestra estancia en Ocean Riviera Paradise (Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo, México) ha sido fantástica. El complejo es precioso, las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, la comida es variada y de gran calidad, y las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y limpias. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hace especial a este hotel es su equipo humano. 🤩🤩Queremos agradecer especialmente a 👌🏽‼️Christian, el capitán del restaurante Amaranto, por su extraordinaria profesionalidad. Es, sin duda, una de las personas más educadas, amables y atentas que hemos conocido en nuestros viajes. Su trato al cliente es sencillamente impecable. También queremos destacar a José, del Steak House, 🥓🥩siempre amable, cercano y dispuesto a hacer que cada cena fuera perfecta; a Karina, de Mike’s Coffee☕️🍵, que cada día nos recibía con una sonrisa y una atención excepcional; y a René🚖, responsable del área de transporte y taxis, cuya amabilidad, disposición y ayuda fueron excelentes desde el primer momento hasta el último segundo de nuestra estancia. Un reconocimiento muy especial también para 🏖️🧖‍♂️🧽Jesús y Andy, del servicio de toallas de la piscina. Su trabajo es duro y, muchas veces, pasa desapercibido, pero siempre nos atendieron con una sonrisa, una enorme amabilidad y una actitud ejemplar. Son un gran valor para el hotel. En realidad, podríamos extender este agradecimiento a prácticamente todo el personal, ya que en todos los restaurantes recibimos un trato excelente por parte de todos los trabajadores!!! 😡😡Lamentablemente, nuestra única experiencia negativa fue en recepción, concretamente con la supervisora YENNI😡👎👎. Ante un problema que planteamos, que para nosotras eres CRUCIAL no encontramos la atención, la empatía ni la voluntad de buscar una solución que esperábamos de una persona en un puesto de responsabilidad (se supone que es la supervisora de recepción del Hotel). Fue el único momento de nuestra estancia en el que nos sentimos mal atendidos y creemos sinceramente que este aspecto debería mejorar, porque no refleja el extraordinario nivel de servicio que ofrece el resto del equipo. Afortunadamente, la profesionalidad y la calidad humana de todos los demás empleados hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera magnífica🔝❣️. Por una única persona no se puede juzgar a un hotel con un equipo tan excepcional. Volveríamos sin dudarlo y recomendamos este hotel por su excelente gastronomía, sus magníficas instalaciones y, sobre todo, por las personas que trabajan cada día para hacer que las vacaciones de sus huéspedes sean inolvidables.‼️‼️‼️🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹 GRACIAS DE CORAZÓN POR ESTE EQUIPO!!

The Bluemoon restaurant was the best one of all the ones we went to (italian, Amaranto, steakhouse, margarita, and Pez Vela) Dinnee: We came to the Bluemoon restaurant at almost 9:10 pm since we came from an all day tour, so hungry! And Mariam, the host helped us get a table immediately, she was so welcoming and kind! And then Lluvia attended us for the dinner, and has such a positive attitude, so welcoming! They both made our night incredible! Thank you Mariam & Lluvia! 🫶🏼 For Breakfast we had Heydi as the Host, AMAZING! super kind lady. And our servers one Diego and in another occasion Marbella, both amazing people! Truly the best one yet with the best service.

Quiero agradecer la atención y excelente servicio de los chicos que son parte del staff del restaurante Margarita. Son muy amables, serviciales y divertidos, hicieron nuestro día muy agradable. Les recomendamos visiten este restaurante además de comida deliciosa la atención está de 10. Gracias a Jesús Miguel y Lety por hacer agradable nuestra cena y sentirnos como en casa. Volveremos pronto.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise! The food was consistently delicious, and the employees throughout the resort were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The kids’ club was one of the highlights of our vacation. Alejandra took such wonderful care of my children, and knowing they were safe, happy, and having fun allowed me to truly relax and enjoy the resort. I am also incredibly grateful to Karina at Mike’s Coffee. She was so kind to me and always served me with a warm smile. Her kindness made every visit special. We had a wonderful experience and would stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable!

We stayed at the El Beso for a week and it exceeded our expectations. We did not get to enjoy the beach but made the best of our time there at the adult-only pool. We looked forward to having our 1pm tacos with Rafael, he kept offering us snacks and his iconic Taco Taco! is a core memory of our trip. We went to the Blue Moon two times for dinner, Osbaldo and Nayeli were very welcoming and engaging thougout the night. Overall amazing experience and the food is hands down even better than at any other restaurant in the resort we tried. Will definitely come here again!
