⚠️ ATENÇÃO COM A SEGURANÇA NESTE HOTEL Durante nossa hospedagem, tivemos nosso iPhone 17 Pro furtado enquanto estávamos na área da piscina do hotel. Eu estava com minha esposa e nossos dois filhos na piscina. O celular estava guardado dentro do carrinho do bebê e desapareceu por volta das 11h da manhã. Após percebermos o furto, procuramos imediatamente a recepção e, para nossa surpresa, fomos informados de que o hotel não possui câmeras de segurança na área da piscina. Isso nos deixou extremamente preocupados, principalmente por estarmos hospedados com duas crianças. Por meio do rastreamento do aparelho, identificamos posteriormente sua localização na região do Cancún Mall, na Avenida 20 de Noviembre. Além disso, após buscarmos informações sobre o ocorrido, outros hóspedes nos relataram ter visto uma pessoa saindo do local relacionado ao desaparecimento do aparelho. O que mais nos indignou não foi apenas o prejuízo material, mas a sensação completa de insegurança dentro de um resort onde esperávamos justamente estar protegidos com nossa família. Andreia recepcionista nos atendeu muito mal. Nenhum auxilio. Nada. Depois desse episódio e da informação de que não havia câmeras naquela área, perdemos completamente a confiança na segurança oferecida pelo hotel. Passamos inclusive a ficar preocupados em deixar nossos filhos brincarem na piscina. Se um objeto pessoal pode desaparecer em uma área comum sem que existam imagens para esclarecer o ocorrido, naturalmente surge a preocupação sobre como situações ainda mais graves seriam tratadas. Nossa experiência foi extremamente negativa e ficamos muito insatisfeitos com a forma como a situação foi conduzida. Não recomendamos este hotel. Para quem estiver pensando em se hospedar aqui, principalmente famílias com crianças: redobrem a atenção com seus pertences e estejam cientes das limitações de segurança que encontramos durante nossa estadia. A foto anexada mostra o local onde, segundo as informações que conseguimos apurar com outros hóspedes, a pessoa teria saído do seu local de trabalho para furtar o aparelho.

Absolutely loved it! Stayed 6 days and each day it got better! Staff is super welcoming and very friendly. Bartenders are such a good vibe. Buffet was my favorite place for the food. Very clean rooms housekeepers are on it. Definitely worth it.

Our family enjoyed a vacation of 5 days and found the entire experience to be great. The resort location and staff were first rate. We found the meal options for all of us to be excellent. We allowed our 12- and 14-year-olds to go to the eat areas as they wanted. My wife and I enjoyed the finer restaurants and especially enjoyed the Asian and Mexican themed locations the most. The steak in the Steak House was our only disappointment but was quickly taken care of by the staff. For those traveling to the location please be mindful the staff make a significant amount of their income from tips. So, while this is an all-inclusive location, bring small bills to leave something for the staff who are providing great and consistent service.

We just got back from our stay at Riu Caribe and I can't recommend it enough. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. There was something for everyone, between the pools, the activities, and the beach, we were never bored. As parents, it was such a relief to relax knowing they were happy. The food was fantastic, with plenty of variety to keep everyone satisfied. The picky eaters and the two vegans found something at every meal. The pools were clean and never too crowded. The beach had soft white sand and clear water. The best part was the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. By the second day, we already made friends with multiple staff members. If you're looking for a family-friendly getaway with amazing food, beautiful surroundings, and staff who treat you like family, Riu Caribe is the place to be. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Hotel Riu Caribe and would gladly come back. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained after the renovation. The beach is beautiful, and there were always plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the day. The staff were friendly and hardworking, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was fun and relaxing. The food was good, with a lot of variety. Some restaurants were better than others, but we always found something we enjoyed. The pool areas could get a little crowded during peak hours, but that is to be expected at a popular resort. Overall, this was an excellent vacation with great service, beautiful surroundings, and very good value for the price. We would definitely recommend Hotel Riu Caribe to anyone visiting Cancun.

Pros - Clean facility. Clean rooms. Awesome views. Lots of food options. Food was pretty good for the most part. Beach is very nice with plenty of places to relax. Sargassum was controlled by a hard working gentleman that raked it up each day. The employees were wonderful. Cons - The sports bar food wasn’t very tasty. The burger I had tasted like I was eating air. No flavor. My room phone did not work. The condiment dispenser in the sports bar was empty. Nothing that was a big deal just a few small things I noticed. Also there is a dress code for the restaurants for the guys. Not tank tops or shoulders uncovered. They will not let you in to eat if you dont have a regular t shirt on. I wasn’t aware of this policy so the first night I was turned away from 2 restaurants and finally found food in the sports bar that I could eat. Kind of annoying not to be able to get food on the first night when tired and hungry. They do post this policy but I didn’t see it. I understand the reason for the policy but just irritating when tired and looking for food.
