This is my first time in Egypt and in this hotel, and I am honestly very pleasantly surprised. The service here is amazing! From the moment you walk through the door, the staff makes you feel welcome and truly taken care of. The food is delicious, the waiters are always helpful and attentive, and the guys at the bar make sure you never miss anything. The animation team is fantastic as well- always smiling, making people laugh, starting conversations, and even teaching some Arabic phrases. The rooms are clean and tidy, and fresh water is delivered every day. I am really impressed with this place and I will definitely come back again!

Overall, our experience was mixed. First of all, I would like to appreciate the hotel staff and the food, the employees were kind and helpful, and the meals were good with enough variety. These were definitely the strongest points of our stay. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects. We paid for a garden view room but were given a room facing a construction site instead. We had to insist multiple times to receive the room type we booked, while being repeatedly told it depended on availability, even though the hotel appeared far from full. Another downside was the lack of water dispensers or easy access to drinking water at the beach and restaurant areas. We constantly had to ask for a glass of water, which became inconvenient. The beach is also quite far from the hotel and very small. We were lucky that most guests preferred staying by the pool, otherwise it would have felt overcrowded. The biggest issue was the construction site located right next to our rooms. Work started around 4 AM, making it difficult to rest and enjoy the holiday. The staff and food deserve recognition, but unfortunately the problems with the room, noise, and facilities negatively affected our overall experience.

Nejlepší hotel jaký jsme zatím v Egyptě navštívili. 😊 Pokoje, i celý komplex hotelu perfektně čistý. Neuvěřitelně milý a ochotný personál. Výborná kuchyně! Nemáme absolutně co vytknout. 👌👌

A nice hotel with decent staff and good hospitality. The bar is good, and the hotel has some good activities/facilities to pass the time. The hotel restaurant is also good with variety of choices to suit multiple tastes. The rooms are clean but my stay was highly disrupted by the maintenance works carried out in the opposite room with drilling noises starting at 9:00 am. Room: 8.5/10 Facilities: 8/10 Staff: 9.5/10 Overall: 8.5/10

Unsere erste Reise nach Ägypten führte uns in das JAZ Makadi Star & Spa – und wir hätten uns keinen besseren Start wünschen können! Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern und werden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Es gab jeden Tag eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche, aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets gut gelaunt und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Auch der Strand, die Poolanlage und der Spa-Bereich waren hervorragend und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel ist ruhig, angenehm und ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Unsere erste Reise nach Ägypten wird uns immer in schöner Erinnerung bleiben – auch dank dieses wunderbaren Hotels. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das JAZ Makadi Star & Spa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es besitzt einen eigenen Strandabschnitt mit Standbar, an der man ebenso leckere Getränke und Mittags Snacks bekommt. Das Abendprogramm ist abwechslungsreich, da ist für jeden was dabei. Die Essenauswahl lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von herzhaft bis süß über kalte und warme Speisen wird alles angeboten. JAZ Makadi Star & Spa ist definitiv einen Besuch wert.
