Una experiencia inolvidable en Maxcal Sin duda, una de las mejores experiencias gastronómicas que hemos tenido en nuestra vida. Todo en Maxcal es extraordinario: desde la presentación de cada platillo, que es simplemente hermosa, hasta los sabores, que son únicos, sorprendentes y llenos de creatividad. Cada bocado fue una verdadera delicia. Y lo que hizo la experiencia todavía más especial fue la atención. El chef Omar tuvo el detalle de salir a conocernos y, al saber que uno de nuestro equipo tenía un antojo especial, preparó unas enchiladas especialmente para el aunque ni siquiera estaban en el menú. ¡Ese detalle dice muchísimo del amor y dedicación que ponen en su trabajo! Y nuestra mesera, Juanita, fue maravillosa. Súper atenta, amable y conocedora de todo el menú. Sus recomendaciones fueron excelentes y siempre estuvo pendiente de complacer cada una de nuestras necesidades. Maxcal no es solamente un restaurante, es toda una experiencia. La comida, el servicio, los detalles y la pasión que se siente en cada plato hacen que quieras regresar una y otra vez. ¡Gracias por una noche tan especial! Sin duda, volveremos y lo recomendamos al 1000

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excelente experiencia en Maxal Anoche cenamos en el restaurante Maxal del Hilton Cancún All-Inclusive y tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa. La comida estuvo excelente, todo delicioso y muy bien presentado. Salimos realmente satisfechos. Queremos destacar especialmente a Alejandra, quien nos atendió de manera excepcional. Su amabilidad, profesionalismo y atención a cada detalle hicieron que nuestra cena fuera aún más especial. El servicio fue magnífico de principio a fin. También queremos extender nuestras felicitaciones al chef Omar por la excelente calidad y preparación de los alimentos. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación que pone en cada plato. Y un reconocimiento especial para Karla, la gerente, por la excelente atención y por el gran trabajo que realiza junto con todo su equipo. Muchas felicidades a todo el equipo de Maxal. Fue una cena maravillosa y una de las experiencias que más disfrutamos durante nuestra estancia en el hotel. ¡Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra noche tan especial! 👏🏼🍽️

Overall, the service wasn’t bad—the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, this resort seems to cater mainly to an older crowd. If you’re a teenager or in your 20s looking for a lively atmosphere, this probably isn’t the best choice, as there wasn’t much to do or many people in that age group. The biggest disappointment was the food. The quality and variety were below expectations, and it was the weakest part of the experience. While the service was decent, the dining experience and lack of activities for younger guests would make me look elsewhere next time.

My family and I were fortunate enough to stay here for two nights after Delta arranged accommodations following our flight cancellation. We had just completed an incredible week at another resort in Playa del Carmen, so this property had some tough competition. While we didn't enjoy it quite as much as our previous resort, we still had a very pleasant stay. We upgraded to a two bedroom family suite, and it was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The view was beautiful, and both the beds and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The only downside was the air conditioning, which seemed to have a mind of its own. Even after adjusting the thermostat, the room stayed uncomfortably cold, often in the 50s. The only way to warm it up was to turn the AC off completely or open the balcony doors. One of the showers also never got hot. The food exceeded our expectations overall. The breakfast buffet, Asian restaurant, and poolside dining were all outstanding. In fact, several meals were even better than what we had at the resort we had just left before our flight was canceled. My only disappointment was the dinner buffet, which had a limited selection and was just average in terms of quality and flavor. Our children absolutely loved the kids club and spent hours enjoying the pool. The beach, however, was a bit underwhelming compared to other resorts in the area. The only other inconvenience we experienced was that pool towels were surprisingly difficult to come by, especially later in the day. It was also challenging to get additional bottled water for our room without having to repeatedly request it. Overall, I think this is a great resort for a short getaway or an unexpected stay like ours. The accommodations, service, and food were all very good. However, for a longer family vacation, I would probably choose a resort with more activities and entertainment. After a few more days, I think our kids would have started to get bored.

The aesthetics are awesome when approaching. The Waldorf and Hilton looks great. Ride in smelt like the septic was full. Everyone was super nice until check-in. They made us wait 45 minutes to get into the room and we arrived at 12:10pm. We were guided to the room by a fantastic bellmen. Upon him opening the door my family and I thought we walked into a crime scene beds were destroyed plates from previous room service were still there along with champagne glasses some pizza crusts and a full trash. We were asked politely to leave the room and we waited 4-6 minutes in the hallway before the bellman walked us to another room. Which he opened the door and said Allset sir. I was upset and wanted to speak with management and right away the manager said sir if you would like to upgrade we can do that for an upcharge of 150 a night. Which I was pissed that this was their response . I wanted deep sympathy over poor presentation and empathy from hotel staff which was never given. I only received a negotiation which they were willing to reduce the upgrade fee to 100 a night which infuriated me further because I didn’t need a room upgrade. After the room debacle my family and went to have dinner and staff was side eyeing us because I complained that this isn’t how Hilton treats its customers I stay at a Hilton in downtown Dallas Tx once every 3 months. After the beginning of trip being soured I asked how much of a refund I would receive if I cancelled the reservation. 4 night stay and on day one they shared they would refund me 2 nights whether I stayed one night or cancelled on the spot. So I kept my family there night one and checked out and 10 business days later the hotel hasn’t refunded me my money still which is north of 1100 usd. Hotel staff told Expedia we stayed the entire reservation which is inaccurate. I have the copy of the checkout receipt along with my stay at the Hardrock Cancun receipt. So disgusted with the treatment I received along with hotel management lying. People save a lot to take families to these resorts and are nice until you encounter an issue. Would never ever go back to Hilton Cancun….. Pool is missing a lot tiles as well cause g one of my kids to be cut on his arm while swimming as well. Food was midgrade. Not worth the value beware

Everything has been really great! The service is phenomenal and feels very personalized. The staff is extremely attentive and provides great suggestions for entertainment options and dining. Raymundo kept my glass full! Abraham, Medina and Deiser were great as well. Highly recommended and I will be back. Went to La Luce for dinner. The Italian food is amazing and they have a great wine menu. Mauricio was our server and provided excellent service.
