Me and my partner stayed at Secrets The Vine at the end of June. We had a fabulous stay here and would love to visit again. We booked the preferred package. You have access to the 12th floor pool, specifically for preferred guests. There are 3 more pools at the hotel however the 12th floor pool was more quiet and relaxing which is what we wanted. For a more lively atmosphere they did have activities everyday by the main pools. Rooms were spacious, the bed was so comfortable and views were amazing, nothing like waking up and watching the sunrise on your balcony. Room service was really easy to order on the tablet in the room. A wide selection of food and drinks, it tells you how long it will take and great service that they will call the room to confirm your order. Our favourite restaurants were Dragon (East Asian) and Olio (Mediterranean). The buffet for breakfast and lunch were also good, a lot of options. With the preferred package you can have breakfast at Olio, sitting outside and some different items on the menu compared to the buffet. Special mention to Miguel who was working The Vine bar , such an attentive and professional barman. Veronica and Juan serving the preferred pool were also great, nothing ever too much trouble, they really looked after us. Sebastian, our concierge, was also very professional and kept in contact with us throughout our stay. In general, all the staff we encountered were lovely and all service was with a smile.

This resort truly exceeded all my expectations. It was a birthday trip and they sent a birthday dessert to me and had a birthday banner on the door. The room was spacious with a wonderful view. The all-inclusive experience was new to me, and while it took a moment to adjust to not paying for meals, I quickly embraced the convenience of having everything included. A particular highlight was the ability to dine at any restaurant without needing reservations. The cafe's food, though a bit bland, but not terrible. Room service was excellent, and the staff were consistently wonderful. They also have live entertainment in the lobby and also in the entertainment room. My only minor concern was that guest services were not available 24 hours a day; when I called later in the evening, I was placed on hold with music multiple times.

Todo lo referente al hotel lo puedes ver mediante la aplicación, horarios de restaurantes, menús, mapas, horarios de entretenimiento, TODO está en la aplicación. TODOS los restaurantes de especialidades son conforme vayas llegando, no hay reservaciones. Todos son excelentes, hasta el Buffet es delicioso. (Market Cafe) Las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas, todas tienen vista al mar y a la laguna. En ningún momento te sentirás apretado. El personal es increíble, en todos lados te atienden con amabilidad. Una mención especial para JOSÉ del equipo de entretenimiento, hace de todo con tal de que pases buenos momentos. Lo único que en realidad no me agradó, es la calidad de las bebidas alcohólicas, son de baja a mediana calidad. Un hotel de esta cadena no puede tener un tequila tan malo. Solo por eso le doy 4 estrellas.

All of the employees here are welcoming and very eager and attentive to help you in any way possible. My first night the guests next door were very loud and the staff was able to help us move our room as soon as we called and sent someone up to help us move our luggage as well even though it was 1 AM. The food in every resturant was also great. Typically most hotels and all inclusive places have food that might not be too good in the buffet area, but the breakfast never dissapointed and there were always so many options and ways to try Mexican food as well in the breakfast buffet. Every bar is great as well and they are able to make every single drink I wanted in many fruit flavors that typically aren't offered in the U.S.A. Everything was also always clean/cleaned often. I wish I got to stay longer and would definitely come back. The only thing to note is that if you are planning to go to the beach, the entire coast of where these hotels are often has lots of seaweed.

Secrets The Vine Cancun – An Unforgettable, Impeccable Escape From the very first moment we arrived, it was abundantly clear that Secrets The Vine Cancun operates on an entirely different level of hospitality. Ruben, who greeted us at the very beginning of our stay, was nothing less than outstanding and consummately professional — his warmth and attentiveness set an exquisite tone for the entire vacation, and it was evident that genuine care for guests is woven into the culture of this resort. Our personal butler, Sebastian, elevated our experience beyond anything we could have anticipated. He went above and beyond at every conceivable opportunity, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them and ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless, luxurious, and deeply memorable. His thoughtfulness transformed an already beautiful trip into something truly extraordinary. I also have to give a heartfelt and enthusiastic mention to Ceaser , our waiter, whose service bordered on magical. On more than one occasion, he had my mojito perfectly prepared and waiting for me before I had even settled into my seat — an almost uncanny level of attentiveness that left us thoroughly impressed and grateful. Beyond these standout individuals, the entire staff at Secrets The Vine exuded professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The service throughout the resort was impeccable, and the culinary offerings were nothing short of spectacular — every meal was crafted with care, flavor, and an obvious passion for excellence. Secrets The Vine Cancun isn't just a hotel and spa; it's an immersive, indulgent experience delivered by a team that clearly takes immense pride in their work. We left feeling pampered, cared for, and already planning our return. Five stars, without hesitation. Thank you, Ruben, Sebastian, Ceaser , and the entire team for an unforgettable stay.

My wife and I chose Secrets The Vine Cancun to celebrate both our first wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, we were treated with genuine warmth, kindness, and hospitality. We had an absolutely unforgettable stay. The pool servers were attentive and hardworking, the bartenders were friendly and talented, and every staff member we encountered seemed genuinely invested in making sure guests had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Yazmin and Michelle, who were especially welcoming and helped make our trip even more memorable. Throughout the week, we enjoyed excellent room service, fantastic meals at the restaurants, beautiful views, and countless hours relaxing by the pool. One of the unexpected highlights was meeting people from all over and sharing conversations and laughs throughout our stay. More than anything, this trip gave my wife and me the opportunity to slow down, celebrate some important milestones, and enjoy a truly special week together. That is something we will always cherish. I have no doubt that anyone who chooses to stay here will have an incredible experience. We certainly hope to return one day, but even if we don't, we will always be grateful for the memories we made at Secrets The Vine. Salud, and thank you for an amazing week!
