Our family had the best time at the Fairmont Mayakoba. The wildlife was stunning, the beaches and pools were amazing, the food was excellent, it was so family-friendly, and our butlers (Vanessa and Fernando) offered tons of personalized care that made us feel right at home. We loved how there were bikes everywhere, for all sizes, and we could explore the nature trails. My kids especially loved seeing the monkeys roll through every day around 4:30 p.m. The butlers are super helpful; they will pick you up in a golf cart at any time to take you around, they booked all of our reservations, and communicated with housekeeping. Vanessa even went to another hotel to pick up a bike attachment for our two-year-old. 5 stars all around.

Fantastic fortnight at Mayakoba! Erica and Hugo and the rest of the staff down at La Playa were fantastic. Food and drink exceeded expectations. Accommodation was super clean, spacious and luxury. Swimming pools outstanding especially the one by La Playa. The buggies to / from the beach were brilliant. Shout out to Jesus, the best driver at the hotel! Copy copy! We really enjoyed spotting wildlife in and around the mangroves. The property is set within beautiful lagoon style vegetation with great taste. My thanks to Hugo for looking after us by the pool so attentively. Everything from drinks to information. A true asset to Fairmont Mayakoba.

An absolute wonderful experience from pre-arrival to departure. Before we arrived, we worked with the excellent team to coordinate our transportation, reservations, and excursions. Special thanks to Sheila, Gabriela, and Edgar in helping to get us all set for arrival. We booked a signature casita which includes Balam Butler services. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Edgar and Marlon. They were exceptional, thinking of every small detail and ensuring we felt settled and at home. Their dinner recommendations were great and made sure we got everywhere on time, always smiling. As the person who is always planning for everyone, it was so nice to not have to worry about details for a few days. One more thanks to Daniel at Las Olas pool bar, not only does he make the most delicious cocktails, but he creates such a fun atmosphere. We had a blast hanging out there in the afternoon. We loved our experience and really appreciate the excellent team at Fairmont Mayakoba. Can’t wait to return.

We spent five nights in a casita near the beach with our own living room, two bathrooms, and rooftop infinity pool. Rodrigo and Daniel were our butlers, and they were top notch. We were impressed with the butler service. Communication was quick and seamless as was getting around the massive property by golf cart. We loved the boat rides around Mayakoba’s mangroves, the lush landscaping, and seeing all the wildlife, especially the crocodiles, iguanas, and monkeys. The variety of pools were fantastic for our little family. The food honestly was just ok, but we liked everything else.

We had a fantastic stay at Fairmont Mayakoba earlier this year. It’s a beautiful resort in an incredible setting, surrounded by lush tropical grounds, waterways, and a gorgeous stretch of beach. The entire property feels spacious and peaceful, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. One of our favorite spots was Las Brisas restaurant, right on the beach. The combination of great food, beautiful ocean views, and the relaxed beachfront setting made it a real highlight. The championship golf course is another standout. It’s a truly world-class course, beautifully maintained and challenging, with a spectacular setting that makes a round here a memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again. Next holiday coming up is in Portugal (private villa). Can't wait!

My spouse and I felt seen and special. The customer service was great. The place is great. Food was great. Shout out to so many employees. Carlos the gold cart driver, I believe his name was Felipe at Tauro, Oscar that helped us with our luggage, Christian at the breakfast in La lagoona, Miguel at the spa, the captain that gave us a boat tour and so much more employees and I forgot their names. They all did well!
