My wife and I just returned from our second stay at UNICO, and somehow this trip managed to top our first! We originally visited four years ago for our honeymoon and decided to come back this year to celebrate our anniversary. We had an incredible experience from start to finish. The spa was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed our couples massage. The poolside service was also excellent. Alfredo, who took care of us at the quiet pool, was another highlight of our trip and helped make our time by the pool even more enjoyable. The highlight of our stay, however, was our concierge, Eduardo. He was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire trip. When we arrived, our room was not the room type we had booked, and Eduardo immediately worked to get us into the correct room. He was always available to answer our questions and even helped rearrange some of our dinner reservations so we could make the most of our stay and try all of the amazing food at the different restaurants. We had such a great experience and are already looking forward to another trip back. We would highly recommend UNICO to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent food, service, and hospitality!

A group of friends and I stayed at Unico 2087 and it was amazing! We took a cooking class with Chef Angela and a mixology class where we learned the origin of tequila.I had a spa visit with Yolanda who did a wonderful job helping me to relax. The food was great, as well! Over all, the best part about the trip was the service and the staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly.The staff at the pool were diligent and fun. Alberto and Alam were the best! The men who organized group activities at the pool was great too! If there were any complaints, it would be the beach being covered in seaweed, but that is because we traveled during their off season. However, they were always doing their best to clean it up for everyone! I definitely recommend this resort, especially if you like a chill, quiet hang out environment.

Just got back from an incredible week at Unico 2087. This was our fourth trip and it was as good as the first. The pools were warm and the service was great. Diego the pool concierge at the members pool had our towels on our chairs everyday when we arrived to the pool. Luis never let anyone go thirsty. He delivered a bucket of water and kept the drinks flowing. We spent father's day at the quiet pool. Raul and William made sure we did not go without. They stocked the refrigerator in the cabana and kept the Coati away from our food. Had breakfast at Mi Carisa. Luis always had a smile and made you feel welcome. Housekeeping did an amazing job with turndown service. Giovanna at the mixology class was entertaining and informative. Ewa in Vacation Makers was extremely helpful in planning our tours. She even checked the weather forecast for our sunset cruise. Laura was our local host from a previous vacation at Unico. She stopped by several times this trip to check on us and to say hello. Roger and Flores were our butlers. They messaged us before our trip and made our dinner reservations. They sent text messages daily with the activities and checked on us throughout the day. They were quick to handle any requests including booking our spa treatments, updating dinner reservations, aromatherapy, fixing our room reservation and anything else we needed. We didnt spend any time at the beach due to the saragasm but we were expecting that. Overall we had a great vacation and can't wait to return.

Our stay at UNICO was amazing from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, relaxing, and the service truly made the experience unforgettable. The food, atmosphere, pools, and overall attention to detail were incredible. A special thank you to Patricia Pech, who checked on us multiple times after we received an undercooked steak to make sure we were completely satisfied with our meal. Gustavo at the front desk was also excellent and very informative throughout our stay. Olibert, our local host, was extremely helpful and attentive, and Lorena, our waitress by the pool area, was so kind and provided outstanding service as well. A genuine 10/10, five-star experience UNICO 20°87° Riviera Maya exceeded our expectations in so many ways. My partner and I stayed for 10 days and genuinely couldn’t have asked for more from the resort. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you immediately feel like you’re somewhere special. The whole resort is stunning and beautifully designed, with almost every area feeling picturesque. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay, friendly, attentive and always happy to help. A special mention has to go to Karla, our host, who was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed, from arranging restaurant reservations to helping with any requests around the resort. The facilities were excellent and everything was kept incredibly clean, including the pools, rooms, toilets, gym and spa facilities. The food and drink were another highlight, with fantastic breakfasts and lunches, high-end dining options and a great selection of bars. Our 10-day stay was brilliant from start to finish and this was truly a five-star experience for us. We will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend UNICO to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Mexico. Thank you to everyone at UNICO for making our holiday so memorable!

We the most amazing week celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The location of this resort is great, service was phenomenal, and since it is an adults only resort, it is smaller and more intimate. Our butlers, Roger & Flores did such an amazing jobs! We didn’t have to worry about looking for pool spots or making dinner reservations since they took care of all of that for us. All we focused on was enjoying our stay. A real treat if you are looking to just relax, decompress, and not worry about anything else. We will definitely go back soon!
