The resort was very nice and animated. The food was very good but you have to book for the specific restaurants on the day you get there. All the restaurants are delicious and varied; and the portions are decently big. The buffet which does not require reservations is quite diversified and very good. The rooms are clean and spacious and cleaned up everyday. The beach is very nice and a lot of sunchairs are available. There is enough shade if needed. The pools are a bit chill but no complaints. The bars are great and free. Finally, the animation is great, although it is not a resort you would go to party every night. The spanish class with Francesco and Eunice. The pool party as well as the balloon party were very enjoyable. As a whole, if you want to relax but also want a fair bit of animation, this is the right place to go 😁!

The hotel is nice and very big. Lots of pools and bars. Buffet is great. Restaurants get booked fast so better book on your first day. The Asian restaurant has terrible food. Staff is mostly nice, especially if you tip them. The train travels every few minutes, but you can walk easily to where you need to go. Beach is ok, plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Food and drinks are included, including adult beverages. Rooms, however, are small. Master room is ok. Kids room is very tiny and beds aren't comfy. No lounge in the room. It felt a bit too cramped.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. At first glance, the hotel seems beautiful and promising. Unfortunately, that impression fades almost immediately. On our very first day, we were aggressively approached and pressured into buying a membership presented as some kind of “investment opportunity.” In reality, it offered no value to us and felt highly inappropriate for a vacation setting. What followed was far worse. The buffet, which was essentially outdoors, showed a shocking lack of basic hygiene standards. It was also extremely hot inside the dining area, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Flies were constantly landing on the food, birds were flying around freely, perching on tables, eating directly from plates, and even leaving droppings in dining areas. It was deeply unsettling and completely unacceptable. Later, we discovered that the bottled water provided in the room’s minibar had already been opened. Where this water came from and how it was refilled is impossible to know. Shortly after, both my husband and I suffered from food poisoning. My husband’s condition was especially severe—he had to take antibiotics because the diarrhea would not stop. Even now, after returning home, he is still recovering. On top of the health issues, we spent a significant amount of money on medication and were forced to miss a prepaid excursion. This turned what should have been a relaxing vacation into a stressful and costly ordeal. This was, without question, the worst vacation of my life. Usually, by the end of a trip, I’m already thinking about coming back. This time, I just want to forget it like a bad dream. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. Please take care of your health.

Poor service experience across the hotel especially in the restaurants The service throughout this hotel was very disappointing. In the restaurant, both the hostess Sorenny and restaurant management Cepin showed a noticeable lack of professionalism and hospitality. Guests were not greeted warmly, and there was little effort to assist or communicate effectively, especially with non-Spanish-speaking visitors. Interactions often felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which significantly affected the dining experience. This was not an isolated issue. Across the hotel, service consistently felt unhelpful and unaccommodating if you do not speak Spanish. Basic requests were often met with minimal effort or attention, which made the stay frustrating at times. For a hotel in a major tourist destination, this level of service is not acceptable. International guests should not feel excluded or unsupported due to language barriers. Overall, the property falls short in hospitality and guest service, which is a major disappointment given the expectations for this type of hotel. AVOID AT ALL COST

My room was dirty upon arrival. Hair in the shoer and in the bed. Asked for a king got two Queens. That was fine. The bed didnt have any spreads on it. The adjoining room door was locked. No one spoke English. Dialed zero and was hung up on each time. Mo wash cloths. Room service cost $20 for hamburger and French fries which was horrible. The drinks are watered down. Mosquitoes in the rooms. My toilet kept getting stuck. The shower handle was spraying all over the place. The mini fridge didnt get cold. One of the two days someone cleaned my room, they took one of the beers out of the mini fridge. The pools are not very clean or ADA friendly. The beach had a lot of seaweed. Pros: The resort is Beautiful. The food at Toa And the Italian place was delish. The shuttle service was.great Santos was awesome! He helped me get a reservation when the app kept saying booked. Word to the wise, if you don't speak Spanish this is not the resort for you.

Just got back home from this resort and overall it was a good trip. We had a couple issues that I will mention and then I will end my comments with all the positives that helped forget the issues we had! When we first got to the resort at 2pm our room (1306) wasn't ready and we're informed to just go to the shops until it was ready at 3pm at 3pm the room still wasn't ready and we're informed to just wait. At 5:30pm we finally started to get a bit annoyed and they just changed our room (1320) and sent us on our way. When we got to the new room the door was open and nothing was cleaned, the AC wasn't working and we had no towels. We went back to the from desk and informed them and the response was OK just wait! We never got towels until 9am the next day and We just dealt with the AC issue for the remainder of our vacation. Now onto the positive things that helped us enjoy the resort. The entertainment crew (Franklin and Madelyn) especially had us all dancing and enjoying every moment in and around the main pool. Wellington and Juan Trinidad at the pool bar were absolutely amazing (especially Wellington) He was hands down the best bartender I've ever had at all resorts I've been too. Yulian at the Lobby bar was so much fun and made some really good drinks. And last but definitely not least all the serving staff in the buffet were amazing and made each night extremely enjoyable with fast and memorable service.
