7 night stay at this hotel for 3rd year running. We go for self catering as we prefer flexibility to eat out but we ate at the snack bar and pizzeria and both times were great with friendly staff. It was also fairly priced. The pools are amazing. A splash park with slides, a pirate ship pool, kids pool and just a standard pool. I don't understand the reviews about the lifeguards. Any I came across were very friendly and I'm glad the no Floatie rule exists otherwise the pool would be chaos! I enjoy the location, it's 10 mins outside salou but very easy to get to on the bus. Cap salou has lovely restaurants so we didn't go into main salou a lot. Staff were all friendly and helpful to me. I did find some guests rude though. A Spanish family threw our stuff on the floor of the splash park while we were right there and stole our sunbed (I had 1 for my whole family) . No fault of the hotel but there does seem to be a bit of sunbed wars so just bare in mind if leaving valuables!

Another fabulous holiday in H10 Med Village with my family & grandkids. Cannot fault this hotel. Perfect for kids with all the water slides & pools. Perfect for adults because the kids have so muct to do in the pools. Especially excellent service from JohnJoe & Judith in reception, they go over & beyond. Highly recommended!

Nos hemos alojado 4 noches en el H10 Mediterranean Village y, sinceramente, la experiencia nos ha decepcionado bastante. El año pasado estuvimos en un H10 de Lanzarote y fue una experiencia excelente, por lo que esperábamos encontrar un nivel similar. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la habitación era cómoda y tanto el desayuno como la cena del buffet nos parecieron de buena calidad y con bastante variedad. Sin embargo, la gestión del hotel ha dejado mucho que desear. Desde el primer momento da la sensación de que todo requiere un depósito: 20 € por cada toalla de piscina (en nuestro caso, 60 € por tres toallas, que después devuelven al entregarlas) y otros 20 € de depósito por el mando del parking. Entendemos que son importes reembolsables, pero resulta sorprendente en un hotel de 4 estrellas tener que ir dejando dinero en efectivo para este tipo de servicios. Además, pagamos 20 € por noche de parking (80 € en total) y, el último día, aunque queríamos quedarnos unas horas más disfrutando de las instalaciones antes de comer, nos obligaron a sacar el coche del parking a las 12:00. Lo más incomprensible es que el parking tenía muchísimas plazas libres y sabían perfectamente que en la zona es muy complicado aparcar fuera del hotel. Nos pareció una falta total de flexibilidad y de atención al cliente, especialmente tratándose de un hotel de 4 estrellas en el que hemos pagado alrededor de 1.000 € por cuatro noches. Después de gastar 80 € en parking, lo mínimo habría sido permitirnos dejar el coche un par de horas más. También nos decepcionó mucho la animación, sobre todo la infantil. Elegimos este hotel porque viajábamos con niños y esperábamos un programa de actividades más completo. En el Daisy Club prácticamente se limitaban a hacer tatuajes temporales o manualidades durante horas, sin juegos de agua ni actividades más dinámicas. Comparado con nuestra experiencia en el H10 de Lanzarote, la diferencia es enorme. Además, la atención en recepción no ha estado a la altura de lo que esperábamos de esta cadena. En varias ocasiones la sensación fue de poca empatía y escasa orientación al cliente. Soy cliente Silver de H10 y esta era nuestra segunda estancia en la cadena. Teníamos mucha confianza en la marca, pero esta experiencia nos hace replantearnos si volveremos a elegir un H10 para nuestras próximas vacaciones. Una pena, porque el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y un buen buffet, pero la falta de flexibilidad, la política de cobros y depósitos y el servicio recibido han empañado por completo la experiencia.

Hôtel un peu vieillot, mais toujours correct. Notre dernière venue remontait à 2019. L’animation est moyenne. En revanche, la directrice de l’hôtel, une dame à lunettes, devrait revoir les règles de politesse, surtout à ce niveau de responsabilité. Je ne sais pas si elle est simplement gérante ou responsable, mais elle m’a pris de haut au moment où je lui ai donné mon numéro de chambre, comme si j’étais un voleur. J’ai également eu le sentiment qu’elle n’appréciait pas beaucoup les Français. L’hôtel accueille une très forte majorité de clients anglais. Concernant la piscine, attention aux sauveteurs, qui semblent davantage là pour utiliser leur sifflet et imposer des règles très strictes que pour assurer la sécurité. Pas de ballon et beaucoup d’autres choses sont interdites… Peut-être qu’un jour, ils nous interdiront même de nager ! Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel. Dernière petite chose à savoir : l’eau est payante au repas du soir, à 2 €, donc pensez à prévoir ce budget supplémentaire.

We have just returned home from our 10th stay at H10 Mediterranean Village, and once again it was absolutely fantastic. We were first recommended this hotel over 10 years ago and were so impressed after our first visit that we have returned year after year. The fact that we've already booked for next summer says everything about how much we love this place. The hotel offers excellent facilities, fantastic food, and outstanding service throughout. Every member of staff works incredibly hard to make guests feel welcome and ensure they have the best possible holiday. A special mention goes to Kevin from the bar team, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond for guests. His positive attitude and dedication really made a difference to our holiday. We would also like to thank Niko and the animation team. The entertainment was brilliant from morning until night and was one of the highlights of our stay. Niko's energy and enthusiasm created a fantastic atmosphere, and the whole team worked tirelessly to make every day enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to everyone at H10 Mediterranean Village for another wonderful holiday. We can't wait to return next year for our 11th visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic family holiday. Pearce Donnan

Es el segundo año que vamos y para repetir,la ubicación es muy buena,en zona más tranquila en comparación con el centro de Salou. Para niños hotel perfecto,con varias piscinas y toboganes. La comida este año me pareció buenísima y muy variada. La única pega que le pondría es que siendo media pensión o te llevas tu el agua para cenar o sino te la cobran..entiendo que un refresco lo cobren pero el agua… Por lo demás muy recomendable
