I recently stayed at this All-Inclusive hotel. My experience was mixed, but for me personally, the downsides outweighed the benefits.The hotel is beautiful, and there are definitely some pluses. A few restaurants were quite nice. However, the entertainment system is poorly planned. Every evening it is practically the same show. On top of that, the nightclub opens way too late. They make you wait until the show ends before you can enter the club. By that time, you just want to sleep. It would be much better to separate the nightclub from the show so people can choose.Another major downside is the staff — they are extremely slow. Whenever you ask for something or order a cocktail, they act as if they are doing you a huge favor, making you feel like you owe them. I was really surprised by this, especially compared to other places where the staff is hyperactive and doing a great job. The only exception here is the buffet team; those guys are very active and hardworking.As for the room cleaning and changing towels/sheets, it was unstable. For the first 5 days, nobody even entered my room. Later they improved, which was good, but there was no daily service.In the end, everyone has different preferences, and maybe many people will actually enjoy this place. But will I come back here again? Unlikely.

Wonderful experience at this resort! The Paradisus Palma Real was top notch and the staff was so friendly and nice. They went above and beyond. Everything from arriving to departing was easy and effortless and there was someone along the way to help at all times. The workshops and classes were so much fun. The Bachata class was wonderful and especially Henry, Victor, and Rossi. The food was also excellent everywhere we ate. Would highly recommend this resort and would definitely go back.

I never write reviews, but I feel the need to make an exception. Paradisus Palma Real resort is a gorgeous property, our room was very clean and well kept. Our housekeeping in building 1 on the 3 floor was amazing. Yudelkis at Mina restaurant, Edison, Milton at the buffet and Luisa at the main pool made our trip so much better. They went beyond their duties in order to accommodate our needs. They made my family feel so special. I highly recommend this resort.

We had a fantastic experience at Blue Agave! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. Melqui went above and beyond to accommodate dietary intolerances within our group, making sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. His attentiveness and kindness really made our visit special. Thank you, Melqui—we truly appreciated your help! We had a lovely experience at tokimeku asian restaurant. The Al carte menu was amazing & our host Romeris was very accomodating and lovely throughout our stay this week. She really catered us well at Sante Restaurant too. Big shout out to our favourite staff - Norjandro! Always delighted to see him at breakfast & lunch at Sante restaurant. We loved his humor & kindness. Thank you! Marcus at the pool bar was lovely - really good at making drinks!

My husband and I spend a week at this beautiful resort service was great everyone was very warm and welcoming making our stay very memorable. We were celebrating our 30 th wedding anniversary and my 50 th birthday Ernesto made special reservations for us at The Winery a very special thank you to him . The bartenders Luis and Victor at the swim up bar Celsius were amazing very friendly and fun . The drinks they prepared for us were so delicious. We kept coming back only to them . Our Master swim up suite was wonderful very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful soaking tub . Our housekeeper Altagracia was very sweet. She kept our room very nice and clean daily . There a few minor inconveniences were our key to the room stopped working and the mini bar was not stocked but they took care of these items right away for us. We had an amazing time and are planning our next trip back to this beautiful resort full of welcoming and friendly staff.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Our server, Fior, from Kicks Sports & Fun bar.went above and beyond to make every experience exceptional. The evening entertainment was such a great vibe and kept the energy high every night. Francis was our awesome security guard. A special shoutout to Jose Daniel, Victor, and Henry for making our stay so much fun and truly unforgettable. Their warmth, enthusiasm, and outstanding hospitality made all the difference. We can’t wait to come back!
