SADDD I had to leave. Already looking forward to returning next year. The resort including the rooms were very clean, beautiful, inviting, and relaxing. The food from the different restaurants were great and the drinks (especially the pina colada) was heaven sent. We were given an exceptional butler "Jeffry' who remained outstanding even after our departure. His service, attitude and knowledge made me feel so at ease and confident that all is will be well-we need to find a way to clone him LOL. My other family members also had him and they had all had the same sentiments. There were others who were exceptional but I can't remember there names. Everyone was great from the airport until the airport drop off. As a disable veteran, honestly had some concerns but all was accomodated for without even having an handicapp accessible room. Also I rented a scooter to assist me and they provided a golf cart to help us around this bigggggggg resort. The only let down was it wasn't a place to shop with multiple vendors, there are some shops on the resort but really not what most tourist are looking for. We even booked a shopping thing and it took us to a small store which ended up with the group leaving 15mins after arrival. As a result, I wasn't able to buy any souvenirs or gifts while in PuntaCana. They had many activities and access to excursions on the beach and off. I honestly got the most rest in 5 days that I've had in over 10 years. My godmother treated me on this girls trip with family and it was one of the best experiences.

My two daughters and I were celebrating them graduating from college and were looking forward to traveling to Majestic Mirage Punta Cana for many months!! Jefrey our butler was amazing, attentive, friendly and anticipating our needs before we thought of them! The resort staff was impressive by how they interacted with each other and the guests. Very respectful and professional. It made our trip so enjoyable, to be around the staff. Our trip was flawless. Thank you to all that made it memorable for my family. We will definitely be back again!

We had the best honeymoon at Majestic Mirage Punta Cana!!! Our experience begun at the PUJ airport when Go Majestic staff came to escort us from the airport and into our transport vehicle. From there Leonel was our concierge and took care of us from the minute we arrived. The beaches were beautiful and the pool was very well maintained. They are constantly working to better the resort. As far as food goes, we tried a little of everything. Kabuki was great. We were taken care of by Poche and Nancy and it was the best restaurant we had during our trip. The tabletop experience was the best and we came back the next night for more fried ice cream! We also enjoyed the romantic beach dinner of steak and lobster. Another mentionable restaurant was the Italian. Juan, Carlos, and Rafi were also very good to us. We loved it!

This was our first time staying at Majestic Mirage, and thanks to our amazing butler, Elvis, it became an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Elvis went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. He addressed every question and request within minutes and consistently made us feel like we were his top priority. We had a small issue with our bathroom on the first day, and Elvis didn’t just make sure it was fixed—he went the extra mile and arranged for the hotel manager to personally come to our room and offer us a complimentary massage. It was something we never even asked for, and it really showed how much the hotel cares about its guests. The entire staff of this resort was absolutely amazing, but Elvis truly made our stay exceptional. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a huge difference in our vacation. We definitely recommend Majestic Mirage, and there is no doubt this will be our go-to resort whenever we return to the Dominican Republic. We can’t wait to come back

If i could give Majestic Mirage more than 5 stars, I would! Our family of 4 had traveled to Punta Cana and stayed here to celebrate my dad’s 50th birthday and we couldn’t be more happier! We stayed on the adults only side and had two separate rooms: Ocean View Suite with an Outdoor Jacuzzi and Sky View Suite with your own PRIVATE Roof Top with Outdoor Hot Tub - how insane?! From the beautiful rooms, amazing food, gorgeous beach/pool and night entertainment, we cannot recommend this place enough. The highlight of our trip was our butler, Osvaldo. He went above and beyond for my family and I to make sure we were taken care of - his attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness made the experience for us! Thank you Majestic Mirage for an amazing stay, we can’t wait to come back, and highly recommend asking for Osvaldo!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon in July 2026, and we could not have had a better time! Cesar, our butler, was always available to answer any questions we had and helped us take full advantage of the honeymoon package. Our swim up suite was in the perfect location in the adult club. It was clean, had a shaded patio, and was far enough away from the main resort space that it was quiet at night. All the restaurants on property had a great variety of delicious food, excellent staff, and great atmospheres. There were so many options for lunch and dinner that you never got tired, and the addition of the coffee shop and smoothie bar helped pass the time between meals. Cesar at the martini bar makes so many fancy martinis and provides great energy while making them! He was our favorite stop after dinner each night! At our pool bar, Augusto and Juanna served up drinks all day long with positivity and promptness. At the restaurants we loved to see Naomi and Carlos as they always made it a point to say “hi” and always had a smile on their faces. We were able to do the Oasis Silver Experience, and we cannot say enough good things about it! Michael, our server, was extremely attentive, always having drinks ready for us and checking in frequently to make sure all our needs were met! We highly recommend this resort to everyone, especially honeymooners, for their rooms, services, and amenities and we will definitely be back soon!
