We were very happy with our stay at JOIA. We were upgraded when we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. Jacqueline, Jose, and Houston were our butlers and we were very happy to have their help during our stay. They were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was always clean and the mini bar stocked,. We were able to have a private cabana on the days that we stayed at the resort. The pool bartender, Ery, as well as the beach attendants, were very attentive and quick with their service. The breakfast staff was very pleasant and by the second day already knew our drink orders for the subsequent mornings. The restaurants on site offered a wide selection of food which we enjoyed. Thank you for the memories!

We celebrated our daughter’s wedding at JOIA. Wonderful experience and staff. Our butler, Victor, was awesome. He took care of anything we needed or wanted to do. The maids were top notch and our room was cleaned and prepped at least twice a day. Ery, our poolside bartender was so much fun and made great drinks. All the staff was friendly, energetic, and happy. The ones that stood out for me were Black Mamba, Snoop Dog, Ery, Victor, and many others that I don’t remember names but the staff always remembered our names. I definitely hope we get the chance to visit here again.

Our butlers Danilo and Edward were very attentive. Our pool bar staff Ery, Tobias and Leily were excellent! Fun and great drinks! Camilo went out of his way to keep the pool area clean and always attentive with anything we needed! The best were the entertainment staff!! Loved hanging out with them. They work hard all day and night, always with a smile and a hello. LOVED Snopp Doogg, Alex and Jeremy.

The Resort was beautiful, the staff was amazing from the start. Edward and Dontillo were our Butlers and made our stay great! Alex, Snoop Dogg and Jeremy did a great job keeping us entertained. Camillo took good care of us around the pool. Our bartenders Eddy, Tobias and Lei Lei were attentive and amazing. All the staff knew our names and addressed us that way the whole trip! Looking forward to returning and enjoying again in the near future!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely incredible stay at Iberostar JOIA Bávaro, and a huge part of what made our experience so special was Cesar and Eduardo. These guys were truly on top of everything from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly kind, attentive, helpful, and always seemed to be one step ahead of anything we could possibly need. Cesar and Eduardo went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we are extremely thankful for both of them. The entire staff deserves recognition as well. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we were taken care of. There was honestly nothing we went without and nothing we felt like we had to sacrifice during our stay. We came with couples celebrating birthdays and an anniversary, and JOIA Bávaro was the perfect place for it. The atmosphere, service, hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire trip feel special from beginning to end. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend it to couples looking for a beautiful place to relax, celebrate a special occasion, and be truly taken care of. Thank you again to Cesar, Eduardo, and the entire JOIA Bávaro team for making this such an unforgettable trip. We hope to see you all again!

From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors of JOIA by Iberostar in Punta Cana, we knew we were in for something special. The level of attention and hospitality we received from everyone—from the reception staff to the busboys—was truly exceptional. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with a cool towel and a refreshing drink right in the reception area. We arrived early and, while waiting for our room, the staff immediately made us feel welcomed and taken care of by bringing us to lunch. What a wonderful way to start our vacation! We met Noemi, one of the servers, who went above and beyond to make our dinners special. Her kindness and attention did not go unnoticed. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Belkis, who made sure we had an amazing lunch every single day. She would even find us somewhere around the resort just to check on us and make sure we were enjoying ourselves. That personal touch meant so much to us. And then we met our incredible butlers, Armando and Ansy. ❤️ They truly went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect. From the beautiful rose petals and champagne waiting for us in our room to all the thoughtful details throughout our stay, they made us feel like VIPs from beginning to end. Armando and Ansy were truly out of this world. Their service, kindness, attentiveness, and genuine desire to make us happy were unforgettable. They didn’t just do their jobs—they made us feel cared for. To everyone at JOIA by Iberostar: thank you for giving my husband and me an experience we will never forget. We appreciated every detail, every smile, every thoughtful gesture, and every person who helped make our vacation so special.
