First time on vacation here. We had an amazing stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Impeccable service in “1810” restaurant. All food was amazing thanks to chef Varun and his team. Our waitress Hanseeny and the headwaiter Nitish were professional and the manager Benoit made sure everything was ok. The cocktail made by the barman Kapoor were perfect. I highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful experience at Preskil. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a great variety of choices. A special thank you to Alain, Mackline, and Dylan for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. They were always friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. ❤️ Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed our time at Preskil. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back! Thank you to the whole Preskil team, especially Alain, Mackline, and Dylan, for making our stay so memorable!

Nous avons passé un séjour mitigé dans cet établissement pourtant splendide. Les points forts : L'accueil et le service : Un grand merci à l'équipe de la réception pour son grand professionnel et ses sourires chaleureux dès notre arrivée. Le cadre et les infrastructures : Les plages, les paysages paradisiaques et les magnifiques piscines sont indéniablement le gros point fort de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont de très haut standing et le Kids Club est tout simplement super pour les enfants. Le point noir : Malheureusement, la partie restauration n'est absolument pas à la hauteur du reste ni du standing attendu pour un hôtel de ce niveau. Je rejoins les autres avis sur ce sujet : service au strict minimum, qualité des repas très moyenne et inégale d'un soir à l'autre. L'ambiance y est très bruyante, rappelant parfois une cantine scolaire. C'est un réel dommage au vu de la beauté des lieux. Une marge de progression urgente et nécessaire sur la table !

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à l'Preskil Island Resort. Le service était au top du début à la fin, avec un personnel toujours souriant, professionnel et attentif. L'accueil a été chaleureux et très agréable. Les chambres sont une véritable dinguerie : spacieuses, confortables, très propres et magnifiquement aménagées. L'hôtel offre également un cadre magnifique qui rend le séjour encore plus Merci à toute l'équipe pour experience 🌴✨

Keshnee , provided wonderful service during our stay. With a warm smile and genuine attentiveness, she made the evening feel truly special whether it was getting a specific table for us on our last night, or helping with whatever we needed ,(even getting a special dinner for one person at the table). Her friendly personality and thoughtful care perfectly captured the welcoming Mauritian hospitality the resort is known for. We really appreciated how she went out of her way to ensure everything was just right. Thank you, Keshnee! You truly made our night and stay special, thank you to everyone at the resort who made our stay special and unique.

Great property let down by food and services in the restaurant. The location is good, by the lagoon and 15 mins to the airport. Rooms are spacious with amazing views of the lagoon. Good amenities with water-sports include. Staff managing the rooms and water activities are great and very helpful. Food is a let down. Buffet restaurants need a major overhaul. Limited options that don’t hit the taste buds. The Mediterranean restaurant has good food options, need to book in advance. The service at the restaurant needs improvement, there were incorrect charges we had to address. We also ordered for rum with soda and were charged 280 extra for the soda with informing us making the most basic drink for over 600, higher than their exotic cocktails, an exuberant price for rum and soda.
