My wife, daughter and I have just come to the end of our fortnight-long holiday in Mauritius, staying at the Westin Turtle Bay Hotel near Port Louis, and it was fabulous — one of the best holidays we have ever had. From the very beginning we were wonderfully looked after by Roshan, who explained all the ways we could spend our time here and organised everything for us. He was always available to answer our questions and went far and beyond to make our stay as relaxing and smooth as possible. Thank you! The restaurant staff were very professional and welcoming throughout. We were especially pleased with Deven, who looked after us as we grazed on the delicious food served at the hotel — he has a real talent for creating a great atmosphere and making every meal feel special, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Pradeep and Soonita also took wonderful care of us, always attentive, warm and friendly. Between them, the team made us feel so welcome that we would happily return to this hotel again. The hotel offers plenty of beach activities such as snorkelling and kayaking, but as a keen sailor I spent much of my time windsurfing and sailing. Special thanks to Priscilla, who always made sure the gear was ready and organised our dolphin and turtle watching sea trips. The Whisper Pool area was quiet and relaxing, with a lovely sea view, and the service there was excellent. Krys Ciukiewicz

Traumhafter 3-wöchiger Aufenthalt mit herausragendem Service!Sterne: 5 / 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Wir haben knapp drei Wochen im The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa verbracht und sind absolut begeistert! Es war ein rundum gelungener und wunderschöner Urlaub.Das gesamte Hotel hat uns vollkommen überzeugt:Die Unterkunft: Wunderschöne, saubere und komfortable Zimmer, in denen man sich sofort wohlfühlt.Das Essen: Kulinarisch absolut erstklassig, abwechslungsreich und einfach super lecker.Die Mitarbeiter: Das gesamte Team ist mega freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich.Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an die deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin Farzana. Sie war einfach immer für uns da, stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer herzlichen Art noch ein Stückchen perfekter gemacht. Where do I start… me, my husband and two children stayed here for two weeks. We have stayed in a few 5 star hotels and not one of them have actually felt 5 star, apart from this one! This holiday has truly been one in a million. Mauritius its self is just beautiful and will always have a piece of my heart but this hotel has made it for us. EVERY SINGLE staff member have been nothing more than amazing! And I truly, truly mean that. Kind, caring, attentive, polite and willing to go the extra mile for all of their guests. We have never stayed anywhere like this. We could not say one bad word about anyone at this hotel. Honestly treated like kings and queens and that’s no joke. I can’t thank the staff at the westin enough, they really do go above and beyond! We cannot wait to come back to this AMAZING hotel! Thank you again for making this trip one that we will never forget! Xx

My family and I had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa from 20–22 July 2026. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, and the resort provided the perfect setting for a relaxing family break. The rooms were comfortable, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the food and facilities were excellent. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Luthfee and Jean Francois while playing volleyball at the hotel. What started as a friendly game quickly turned into one of the best parts of our holiday. They were incredibly welcoming, approachable, and genuinely kind. They made a real effort to chat with us, made us feel included, and their positive energy was infectious. Throughout our stay, they always greeted us with a smile, took the time to check in on us, and went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. Their professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm created a friendly atmosphere that made us feel more like valued guests than just visitors. It’s team members like Luthfee and Jean Francois who make a great hotel truly exceptional. Thank you to everyone at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa for a memorable family holiday, and a special thank you to Luthfee and Jean Francois for making our stay so enjoyable. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

This resort is just super beautiful !! The property is large & the location is superb … we booked the banyan suite & I must say it was just super gorgeous & spacious. The view of the ocean from the room balcony was the cherry on the cake. The rooms & all other spaces were always clean & tidy. The breakfast options were to die for. Kangan, their Indian restaurant was serving authentic & tasty North Indian food. Beach grill was extremely good but the best of all was Mystique (pan Asian restaurant). The location, the vibe, the drinks, the food.. all top notch. While each staff at the hotel is very friendly & polite, what could have been better was the response time from guest services. Throughout the 4 days, the guest service response was lazy & not to the point. We had to keep calling & reminding for basic things at times. But overall, everything was great. We would love to visit again. Special mention of few people - Kaushal who initiated our check in, he is very sweet & helpful. Pawan, the manager was extremely helpful & accommodative. Other staff members like Aarti, Manisha, Edrick, and many others (I am unable to recall names) were all helpful, friendly & service oriented. Memories from Westin will be etched in our hearts.

Nous avons passé un séjour MERVEILLEUX et MÉMORABLE au sein de cet hôtel. Tout était somptueux du début à la fin, dès l’entrée jusqu’au moment du départ. Absolument tout le personnel est au petit soin que ce soit dès la réception mais également au sein des restaurants et nous avons apprécié cette attention envers les clients. Parlons-en, des restaurants. Nous avons pu tester les restaurants compris dans notre forfait all inclusive, et tous étaient parfait. Le buffet était très garni que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner, ou le dîner qui proposait une base assez commune mais des diversités à chaque soirée, nous avons par exemple pu profiter d’une soirée crustacés ou bien encore mauricienne. Mention spéciale à KANGAN qui est absolument à découvrir avec des spécialités indiennes où le goût était au rendez-vous. Merci à la réception pour les conseils durant notre séjour afin de préparer au mieux notre visite de l’île. Les piscines sont magnifiques bien que pas chauffées en hiver mais adaptées à tout le monde avec une partie plutôt adaptée avec des enfants et une autre piscine adaptée à ceux qui veulent un peu de calme sans enfant. Nous avons également pu profiter du spa, le cadre était bien mais nous n’avions pas trouvé les massages dépaysants. On ne peut que vous recommander ! Nous reviendrons pour sûr ! M et MME V. 🫶
