كانت تجربه رائعه وممتاز، منتجع هادئ ومميز أخذت فيلا مع مسبح خاص، هناك بعض الملاحظات الرجاء منهم الحرص ١-المسبح كان دافئ ولكن يحتاج لتدفئه أكثر ٢- المسبح لايوجد فيه خصوصية وغير ساتر اذا كانت عائله محافظه ٣- الباب الخارجي للفيلا لا يغلق ب احكام ٤-عند وضع شارة عدم ازعاج ف انهم لا يحترمون ذلك وسوف يدخلون الغرفه او يطرقون الباب!! وايضا قد تجد احد ينظف المسبح بدون اخذ اذن منك ٥-لا يوجد خيارات في الإفطار ٦-منطقة بعيده عن أي متاجر او فعاليات ٧-خدمة المساج عادية جدا و مرتفع سعرها

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I returned because my previous experience was exceptional. This visit once again confirmed the outstanding standards the hotel consistently delivers. The restaurants are excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality dining options to suit every taste. The relaxation facilities are outstanding, and the yoga instructor was truly professional. What impressed me the most was the hotel’s attention to every detail of guests’ well-being, creating a truly relaxing and memorable stay. The variety of swimming pools and recreational activities added so much enjoyment to the experience. The beach activities were well organized, and I would also like to commend the Beach Hut team for their excellent service, providing life jackets, boats, and ensuring guests’ safety and comfort at all times. A special thank you to Culinary Director Kevin Marchetti for his dedication to listening to guest feedback and continuously working to improve the overall guest experience. His commitment to guest satisfaction is truly appreciated. I would also like to thank the entire staff. Every single team member was exceptional, professional, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. It would be difficult to mention everyone by name because each person I met deserved recognition and appreciation. I will definitely be returning again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional hospitality experience. كانت هذه زيارتي الثانية لهذا الفندق، وقد عدت إليه لأن تجربتي السابقة كانت رائعة، وهذه الزيارة أكدت لي مرة أخرى مستوى التميز الذي يقدمه الفندق. المطاعم ممتازة ومتنوعة، وتلبي مختلف الأذواق بجودة عالية. كما أن خدمات الاسترخاء (Relaxation) كانت مميزة للغاية، ومدرب اليوغا كان احترافيًا ومتميزًا. أكثر ما أعجبني هو اهتمام الفندق بأدق تفاصيل العافية والرفاهية ، مما جعل الإقامة تجربة متكاملة ومريحة. تنوع المسابح والأنشطة الترفيهية أضفى على الإقامة متعة كبيرة، كما أن الأنشطة البحرية كانت منظمة بشكل ممتاز. وأود أيضًا الإشادة بخدمات كوخ الشاطئ، حيث كان الفريق متعاونًا للغاية في توفير سترات النجاة والقوارب، مع الحرص الدائم على سلامة وراحة الضيوف. شكر خاص لـ Culinary Director Kevin على حرصه الدائم على الاستماع إلى ملاحظات الضيوف والعمل عليها، واهتمامه المستمر بتحسين تجربة النزلاء. كما أتوجه بالشكر إلى جميع أفراد طاقم العمل. الجميع كان متميزًا في تعامله واحترافيته وحرصه على تقديم أفضل خدمة، وللأمانة يصعب عليّ ذكر الأسماء لأن كل شخص قابلته كان يستحق الشكر والتقدير. بالتأكيد سأعود مرة أخرى، وأوصي بهذا الفندق بكل ثقة لكل من يبحث عن تجربة إقامة استثنائية.

Had an amazing second visit to Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa! This place never disappoints. The resort offers fantastic amenities, including a great spa and multiple swimming pools. I especially loved the beautiful setup for the event by the beach—it was truly magical. The service is consistently fast and efficient, and the dining experience is always impressive. A huge thank you to Chef Director Kevin for his outstanding oversight and for ensuring such a high standard of quality throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Mirza for his excellent hospitality. The entire team is wonderful and makes every visit memorable. Highly recommended, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Jeden z nejlepších hotelu na Mauriciusu. Skvělá kuchyne s úžasným výběrem jídel, zajímavý koncept restaurací, příjemná a starostlivá obsluha, nádherné a čisté pokoje s krásným výhledem na oceán, velmi laskava recepční. Prostředí je klidné a nádherné. A to vše pod vedením ředitele, který se osobně zajímá o své hosty. Vřele doporučuji

Unser Aufenthalt im Shanti Maurice war für uns weit mehr als ein schöner Hotelurlaub. Es war unsere erste Reise nach Mauritius – und ein wunderschöner Ort, um die Insel kennenzulernen. Vor allem die Menschen haben diesen Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Vom ersten Moment an erlebten wir außergewöhnliche Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Da wir selbst aus der Gastronomie kommen, achten wir besonders auf kleine Gesten, Abläufe und gelebtes Gastgebertum. Genau hier hat uns das Shanti Maurice nachhaltig beeindruckt. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Kevin, dem kulinarischen Direktor des Hotels, der uns sogar einen kleinen inoffiziellen Blick hinter die Kulissen ermöglichte. Wir durften Bereiche kennenlernen, die Gästen normalerweise verborgen bleiben, einen Blick in die Küche werfen und Menschen treffen, die täglich dafür sorgen, dass im Hintergrund alles funktioniert. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie Kevin seine Rolle lebt. Trotz seiner Position packt er mit an und springt dort ein, wo er gebraucht wird. Diese Haltung sagt viel über echtes Gastgebertum und gute Führung aus. Mit wie viel Leidenschaft Kevin diese Philosophie vermittelt und vorlebt, hat bei uns einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. 😊 Kanen hatte die besondere Gabe, Wünsche zu erfüllen, von denen wir selbst noch gar nicht wussten, dass wir sie haben. 😄 Er unterstützte uns wunderbar bei der Planung unserer Aktivitäten, dachte immer mit und machte unsere Reise unvergesslich. Man fühlte sich nie wie „nur ein Gast“, sondern wirklich umsorgt. Auch Soobia ist uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Er erzählte uns täglich mit viel Freude Neues über die einheimische Küche, Lebensmittel und Spezialitäten – und ließ uns immer wieder etwas probieren. Gerade bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt auf Mauritius waren diese Einblicke besonders schön. Und dann war da natürlich noch unsere Villa: ein absoluter Traum. Der wunderschöne Meerblick war herrlich, und der temperierte private Pool versüßte uns auch die windigeren Tage. Kevin, Kanen und Soobia sind nur drei von so vielen wunderbaren Menschen, denen wir begegnen durften. Zahlreiche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter begrüßten uns mit einem Lächeln, halfen uns, nahmen sich Zeit oder sorgten mit kleinen Gesten dafür, dass wir uns wohlfühlten. Leider können wir unmöglich alle namentlich erwähnen – auch wenn es viele verdient hätten. ❤️ Diese Herzlichkeit spürt man im gesamten Team. Kulinarisch wie menschlich können wir das Shanti Maurice von Herzen empfehlen. Es ist ein wunderschönes Resort – wirklich besonders machen es jedoch die Menschen, die dort arbeiten und Gastfreundschaft mit echter Leidenschaft leben. Für unseren ersten Aufenthalt auf Mauritius hätte es kaum einen schöneren Start geben können. Wir nehmen wunderschöne Erinnerungen, neue Inspirationen und vor allem das Gefühl mit nach Hause, wirklich willkommen gewesen zu sein. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese besondere Zeit. Mauritius wird für uns immer auch mit dem Shanti Maurice verbunden sein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️ Sabine & Egor

We had a wonderful stay at Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and the villas offer a great level of privacy. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made our anniversary trip even more special. A special thank you to Kanen, the bartender, for his outstanding hospitality. He was always welcoming, professional, and made every visit to the bar enjoyable. His positive attitude and excellent service truly stood out. We would also like to thank the team responsible for delivering food from the restaurants to the villas. They were always punctual, courteous, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One point that could be improved is the Half Board package. It would be much better if it included at least some beverages during dinner, as having every drink charged separately was a little disappointing. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily recommend Shanti Maurice to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Mauritius. We hope to return again in the future.
