We recently stayed at One&Only Le Saint Géran as a family of four adults and one infant to celebrate a wedding anniversary, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional service exceeded all our expectations, making our celebration even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Visham and Prisca for the warm welcome and the thoughtful room arrangement. Special thanks to Laeticia for her genuine kindness, communicative smile, and outstanding customer care. We are also incredibly grateful to the La Pointe team—Chef Dewan, Eric, Vinod, and Deoraj. Your passion, professionalism, and constant smiles made every dining experience a pleasure. A big thank you to Hema and Diya from the Spa team for providing such a wonderful and rejuvenating experience. Your care and expertise were truly exceptional. Finally, our sincere appreciation goes to Dimitri, the Hotel Manager, and John, the Director on Duty, whose constant presence, warm smiles, and attention to guests reflected the outstanding hospitality that defines this beautiful resort. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Nitish at One&Only Resort. Although the resort did not meet my personal expectations and I decided not to proceed with my stay, Nitish handled the entire situation with exceptional professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He went above and beyond by offering me an upgrade, personally showing me the private villas, and doing everything he could to make my experience a positive one. Even though my booking was fully non-refundable, he managed to arrange a full refund, which was an incredible gesture of customer service and something I truly did not expect. While the resort itself was not the right fit for me, Nitish’s dedication, honesty, and commitment to guest satisfaction were outstanding. He is a true asset to One&Only, and I hope his efforts are recognized. Thank you, Nitish, for treating us with such respect and professionalism.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to Karishma. From the moment we arrived, she looked after us with exceptional care, kindness, and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. What impressed us most was the special attention she gave to our baby daughter, Evelin. Karishma was incredibly thoughtful, caring, and attentive, which made our family holiday so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Karishma is a true asset to the resort and consistently goes above and beyond expectations. Employees like her are rare, and she fully deserves recognition for her outstanding work. An absolutely beautiful stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran. Rooms were spacious, elegant, and extremely well maintained. Service throughout the resort was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The location is simply breathtaking, with one of the most peaceful and scenic beachfront settings in Mauritius. The housekeeping team was excellent, restaurants were very well managed, and the overall hospitality made us feel truly comfortable as a family. Every department seemed perfectly coordinated and handled with great attention to detail. A truly memorable experience, and definitely a place we would love to visit again.

Notre séjour au One&Only Le Saint Géran s’est merveilleusement bien passé. Un immense merci à l’ensemble du personnel pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ✨ Du directeur Antoine, jusqu’à la responsable qui s’est occupée de notre séjour, en passant par toutes les équipes de l’hôtel, chacun a contribué à rendre cette expérience vraiment exceptionnelle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la chaleur humaine et l’attention portée aux moindres détails. Le restaurant La terrasse était également excellent, avec une très belle qualité de cuisine et un service toujours irréprochable.

Ein absoluter Traum – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Unser Aufenthalt im One&Only Le Saint Géran auf Mauritius war einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Das gesamte Hotel ist ein wahr gewordener Traum – von der wunderschönen Anlage über den traumhaften Strand bis hin zum unglaublich aufmerksamen Service. Alles war perfekt und man hat sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns das große Sport- und Freizeitangebot. Es gibt so viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten, aktiv zu sein und seine Zeit abwechslungsreich zu gestalten. Egal ob Wassersport oder andere Aktivitäten – hier ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Auch das Essen war hervorragend. Die Qualität, die Auswahl und der Geschmack haben uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Man merkt einfach, dass hier sehr viel Wert auf Qualität und Details gelegt wird. Das absolute Highlight war für uns jedoch das Personal. Die Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter sind wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Jeder einzelne Mensch, dem wir begegnet sind, war unglaublich zuvorkommend, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Diese Herzlichkeit ist kaum in Worte zu fassen und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Man merkt, dass die Mitarbeiter ihren Gästen nicht einfach nur einen guten Service bieten möchten, sondern wirklich wollen, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Das One&Only Le Saint Géran ist für uns ein absolutes Traumhotel und eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen wir bisher waren. Mauritius und insbesondere dieses Hotel werden uns definitiv noch sehr lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese wunderschöne Zeit! 🤍🌴
