El personal del restaurante muy agradable y educado, Maria y Manoli encantadoras y muy atentas junto con Hamza el metre Las señoras de la limpieza muy atentas Lo único los espectáculos nocturnos muy cortitos El personal del hotel en general , profesional, amable y atento Repetiremos sin duda alguna

Camere vernate sporche , asciugamani consegnati già macchiati insomma una delusione la pulizia per essere un 4 stelle superiori non ci siamo . Ristorante oltre alle tazze per la colazione , che bisognava fare attenzione perché bordi e fondi neri , il cibo buono molto varietà sia a pranzo che a cena . Cameriere Hamza veramente attento disponibile ed empatico avendo un bimbo in carrozzina ha cercato sempre di aiutarci e nome e ad a tutti . La posizione è molto buona sei in centro a santa Susanna .

Very nice here! The rooms have a perfect size and a balcony with a beautiful look on the sunset. The living rooms are also large and have a lot of seating options. Everything is very nicely decorated and gives a good atmosphere. Especially the service makes the hotel. The staff here welcome you warmly and take care of the wishes of the guests. In general, the staff here is very open (especially Hamza from the buffet). At the buffet there is variety and enough for every taste. Also halal and vegetarian.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was comfortable overall, although we had a small issue with the shower, which is why I gave it 3 stars. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. A special mention goes to the kids’ activities and the animation team! My boys had an incredible time enjoying the water polo, the inflatable castle, the pool games, and so much more. The food was also delicious—I’m definitely going to miss that chocolate fountain! A huge thank you to Hamza and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. They made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be back!

L’hôtel est toujours agréable chaque année que nous venons. Le restaurant est excellent, beaucoup de choix niveau nourriture (un thème différent chaque soir). Les animations sont très variés autant la journée que le soir ! La piscine est très agréable, il y a de place mais trop de gens qui réservent leurs transats pendant 2h voir 3h sans y être ! Et les parasols devraient être changés, il commence à être vieux.

And the buffet—absolutely outstanding. The food selection was both abundant and beautifully curated, offering a wide variety of fresh, flavorful options that catered to every taste. Whether you’re craving something local, something healthy, or something indulgent, the buffet delivers with quality and creativity. Overall, Onabrava Hotel exceeded every expectation. A fantastic stay that I would happily repeat.
