We thought the rooms were excellent - alongside the cleaning. We got a sea view which we were not expecting, so very happy about that and we thought the bed was very big and comfy. However, there was a couple of occasions where we had no hot water for a shower in the morning - which was not ideal. We thought that the location is OK - it’s about 15 mins away from the old town but easy to get to via uber. About €7. It’s about 30 mins from the airport too, which is also good, €25 roughly. We were not massive fans of the breakfast. We didn’t think there was a great selection and found the bacon, sausages, beans and hash browns were cold. I was not very impressed by the breakfast. We thought that the lunch and evening meals offered were nice. There are several restaurants to choose from however we thought they are a bit pricey. The hotel is absolutely massive, we struggled to get our bearings whilst we stayed for 4 nights. We didn’t think there was enough entertainment and it was very quiet around the hotel, even though we were told that it was full. Overall, it was a good experience that could have been made better by a better breakfast and some entertainment in the evening.

Chambre agréable. Toutefois pour les chambres vus route quelques petits réajustement à faire. Un service pas à la hauteur de nos attentes à l’accueil. Un manque d’organisation au petit déjeuner qui nous oblige à réclamer nos commandes.

Bel hôtel avec de grandes chambres confortables, mais pour le prix certains détails sont dommage, porte qui frotte sur le carrelage moquette avec des taches. Partie piscine intérieure avec spa ouvert aux enfants très appréciable.

I can’t put in words how magical this hotel is, view, service, food and the building is packed with countless things to do, I have travelled to many countries these past years but definitely the best experience I have had so far, completely recommended!

I feel like I need to counter negative reviews, we are loving this holiday. We upgraded to a sea view king room. The balcony view was stunning. It was a room we didn’t want to leave. Bed supremely comfortable, robes, slippers, coffee machine, and wife was pleased with upmarket products in the bathroom. Don’t see why people complained in other reviews. The breakfast was on par with what we experienced in high end hotels including on The Palm. Eggs Royale and Benedict were excellent. Barista made coffee if you wish. Perfect poached eggs. Croatians have style. The half board buffet had plenty of choice and the hotel does not skimp on food cost.(my wife was in hotel cost accounting so knows). Plus the lovely promenade walks to Lapad and then onto Dubrovnik. A wonderful place for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel is ideally located. We went to see it because we plan to return with our family in August and wanted to make sure it’s the right choice. I have the following observations: • Top location • At the reception, we were greeted by Daniel, who is extremely polite, dedicated to his work, friendly, warm, and helpful. He gave us a tour of the hotel without hesitation, even though it was almost time for him to go home—it was evening, and he lives an hour away. Both my partner and I greatly appreciated his availability, warmth, and the very useful information he provided. • Daniel is an employee you can be proud of—he’s doing an excellent job!
