Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very kind and welcoming, attending to our requests. Food was great and we had complimentary drinks in the evening too. The view from the rooms are very beautiful. It's near the beach so you get a full view of the Sea. Pool was clean and we enjoyed it with our little one.

I had the best ever stay at citrus this weekend and honestly its a hotel you would go back over and over again. The staff was brilliant, the hospitality and the food was just amazing. Mrs. Hiranya was very hands on with us the whole time, checking on us at every possible time and making sure we were alright and were comfortable under their wing and she truly felt like a long lost sister whom i found after ages. If that doesnt explain her kindess and love, i dont know what will. Mr. Shehan, one of the most friendliest people I've ever come across in life. So welcoming and so loving like we were apart of the citrus family. Truly an amazing General Manager and its also very rare to find a GM who's always smiling and willing to stop for a minute to have a word. Mrs. Thanuja also was one of the most friendliest staff out there, making us comfortable and making arrangements for us to have a smooth holiday. A Truly amazing staff, its honestly like you're emotionally attached with the staff and the environment there. I am beyond grateful to have the opportunity to meet such a welcoming staff who feels like home away from home. Until next time citrus. Loads of love from my end and cannot wait to be back ❤️

We had such a wonderful and relaxing weekend at Citrus Waskaduwa! A big thank you to the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality, and for making my family and me feel so welcome throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of both Western and Sri Lankan cuisine to enjoy. Our rooms were very comfortable and made our stay even more relaxing. Thank you once again, Citrus Waskaduwa, for such an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!

We recently hosted our corporate event over two Saturdays, welcoming more than 450 guests each day. The entire team, from management to staff, was extremely helpful, friendly, and flexible throughout the event. Despite the large crowd and other guests at the venue, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Hiranya, the Banquet Manager, for her exceptional support and coordination, which greatly contributed to the success of our event. Highly appreciated and recommended!

The food was really good and good variety was available. However the rooms could improve with maintenance as the TV that was initially there in the room was not working so had to change that by the staff after our check in. Some of the hotel furniture seemed not properly maintained. Other than that everything was good. The staff were friendly and helpful plus the location was really scenic with the ocean front view. Recommended for a stay near Kaluthara area.

We recently had our wedding at Citrus Waskaduwa, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything was handled beautifully, and the entire day went smoothly because of the amazing support and service provided by the hotel team. A very special thank you to the General Manager, the Banquet Manager, and the entire banquet team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and the way they made sure every part of our wedding was well organised. They were extremely supportive throughout the planning and on the wedding day itself, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. We would also like to appreciate all the staff members who helped make our stay and event so memorable — including the front office staff, room service team, restaurant staff, ground staff, and all hotel staff who worked behind the scenes. Everyone was friendly, respectful, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the room service was excellent. The hotel atmosphere, service quality, and overall hospitality were truly impressive. Our guests were also very happy with the venue, the food, and the service provided throughout the event. Thank you, Citrus Waskaduwa, for making our wedding day so special and memorable. We are truly grateful to the entire team for their dedication and hard work. We would highly recommend Citrus Waskaduwa to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with excellent service for a wedding or special event.
