Having business trip and stay here for 1 week. The view from the Apartment is great from 13th floor, but the balcony sliding door is locked so unable to take great photo from there. The bedroom is fine, have kitchen can do cooking here, the bathroom is quite small. The Hilton residence have swimming pool, sauna, gym room facility. All pretty good in condition. Around the Hilton residence area, have many supermarket, food stalls, which makes more convenient on buying grocery to cook for lunch and dinner at the apartment.

We recently had our wedding reception at Hilton Residencies Colombo, and we are extremely happy with our experience. A special thank you to Iroma Senanayaka, Banquet Manager Prabath, and the entire hotel staff for their exceptional support and professionalism throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. We had a few last-minute changes and requests, but the team handled everything smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that everything was perfectly arranged. The food was excellent and received many compliments from our guests. We are truly impressed with the service and care provided by the Hilton Residencies Colombo team. Thank you for helping make our wedding reception such a wonderful and unforgettable occasion. We highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a special event.

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Colombo Residences. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a beautiful city view. The staff was extremely friendly and professional from check-in to check-out. The Pool Club area was very well maintained, clean, and relaxing. A special thank you to Lifeguard Jason, who was very attentive, friendly, and professional. He ensured the safety of all guests and maintained the pool area perfectly. His positive attitude and helpful nature made our pool experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere in Colombo. I will definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful family stay at Hilton Colombo Residences. The apartments are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made traveling with kids easy and stress-free. The separate living area and kitchen were a big plus for a family stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit both adults and children. The ice cream station was a big hit with the kids and added a fun touch to the dining experience — they looked forward to breakfast every day! The swimming pool is well-maintained and family-friendly, and the overall environment feels safe and relaxed. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and very friendly towards children, which made us feel truly welcomed. A perfect choice for families visiting Colombo — great comfort, great food, and thoughtful touches for kids. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again

An excellent choice for families and prolonged stays in Colombo! We stayed here three times over seven weeks (family of 5) in a 3-bedroom suite. While the hotel lacks the “bling” of newer 5-star spots and feels a bit dated, it is impeccably clean, highly functional, and extremely comfortable. The staff provided the best customer experience of our entire 10-hotel trip across Sri Lanka. Pre-check-in correspondence was top-notch, check-in was delightfully fast, and our Hilton Gold status was recognised with upgrades, wine, and fruit on every single stay. Highlights: ⚬ The Pool: Outstanding, featuring shallow edges running the entire length, which is perfect for toddlers. ⚬ Convenience: In-room washing machines are a lifesaver. Location is great, with two large grocery stores a 5-minute walk away. (Tip: Skip the nearby KFC and go to the very clean Pizza Hut, which has a kids' playpark out back). ⚬ Dining: Room service is a genuine alternative to eating out—reasonably priced and good quality (expect a 40+ min wait). Breakfast (LKR 4800 pp) has great variety, though the restaurant gets busy with a slightly awkward flow. Minor drawbacks: The WiFi was temperamental and a bit slow (<100mbps), and the gym can get quite busy. Overall, we happily traded flashiness for unmatched comfort and incredibly obliging staff. We will absolutely be returning!

We had a wonderful experience at Hilton Residence. The pool was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The entire team was friendly, helpful and professional throughout our visit. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious and a special mention to Pathum, who provided exceptional service and made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
