We had an amazing holiday. Clean and calm beach. Rooms were spacious and clean and we really loved the infinity pool. Hotel staff were excellent and very polite. The kitchen and chef Dammika went out of their way to accommodate our special requests - even opening the restaurant early on the day of our departure to serve us breakfast. Everyone showed they really cared about their guests - which made our stay truly special. Special thanks to attendants Ramani & Thakshin, our driver Dilaksan, hotel management Dilruksi, Nimali & Prasanna. We also enjoyed the snorkelling experience at Kayankani and the personal guide.

A very nice buffet restaurant in the Uga Bay hotel. Very delicious and excellent quality dishes. The climate inside the restaurant was nicely cool and we liked the calm setting. Very kind and convenient staff. A special thank you to Sangeetha (at the restaurant) and Aasir (at the reception) who were so very friendly and helpfull. Recommended!

My stay at Uga Bay Pasikuda was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all expectations. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning surroundings, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Every team member was professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank Sinthuraj, Ramani (Restaurant Manager), Asitha, Nissankar, Muhannath, and Yasas from the restaurant team for their warm hospitality, excellent service, and attention to detail throughout our stay. Their friendliness and dedication made every meal a pleasure. A special appreciation also goes to executive Chef Amal Illangakoon, Dip Suminda, and all chefs whose delicious culinary creations were a highlight of our visit. The quality, presentation, and variety of the food were truly impressive. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Dilrukshi, the Front Office Manager, for her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional guest care. She ensured that every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. The entire team at Uga Bay Pasikuda made us feel welcome and valued from the moment we arrived until our departure. Their commitment to excellence is a credit to the hotel. I highly recommend Uga Bay Pasikuda to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Great place in all means! If you are looking for an emblematic place on the Eastern coast of Sri Lanka, here it is. Cozy and quite modern hotel, friendly and responsive personnel (Prasanna, really appreciate the help), delicious meal (breakfast bouffet as well as lunch and supper which are served a la carte). Both upper and ground floor rooms are totally priceworthy. The calm tender ocean and spacious white sand beach offer rest to your eyes, body and soul. At the same time, you can enjoy gym, volleyball and football. Such options are also available along with traditional Spa. In a nutshell, this place is a unique paradise suitable for various types of guests, including couples and families with small kids.

Our time at Uga Bay was truly enjoyable. Upon entering the property, you are instantly surrounded by an aura of luxury and meticulous attention to detail. The whole experience seems luxurious and thoughtfully attended to. The architecture of the property and its landscape design distinctly shine, setting it apart not just from other choices in the Pasikuda region but perhaps from the majority of hotels across the whole nation. The resort's main attractions are certainly the breathtaking infinity pool that appears to blend with the horizon and the unspoiled, direct access to the gorgeous beach. We occupied an Ocean Studio room, and the quality, scenery, and smart configuration were all top-notch. It is evident that a significant amount of work has been invested in the design and continuous maintenance of this location, and the team warrants a big commendation for upholding such elevated standards. The dining experience was equally exceptional. The food's quality, its stunning presentation, and the flavor of each dish—whether breakfast, lunch, dinner, or the delectable desserts—were exceptional. The service provided by the staff aligns with the property's high-quality standard. A noteworthy acknowledgment is given to Mr. Prasanna at the front desk, who were sincerely compassionate, helpful, and offered excellent, tailored service. This is our favourite hotel in Sri Lanka. Uga Bay is stunning and calm situated on a massive bay with pale sand and clear, calm water great for swimming in. The grounds are fabulous as is the enormous infinity pool overlooking the beach and the rooms are luxurious. Everything is kept immaculate and the staff are very friendly and do all they can to make sure your stay is great. We liked it so much we ended up coming back later on in our holiday. We tried half board and were really impressed by the varied menus and excellent quality of the food the chef produced. They make it clear that if there is anything in particular you would like just ask and they will do their best to make it. The location is lovely and peaceful and there is a reef that protects the bay, keeping the water calm and providing snorkelling opportunities. Thank you to all the staff and particularly Lalith snd Nisankar in the restaurant and Dilrukshi and Mimali for looking after us so well. We will be back next year for sure and highly recommend this hotel.
