Our stay at Anantara Kalutara Resort was nothing short of excellent, and we would highly recommend it to everyone. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the resort’s beautiful setting between the river and the ocean, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the world-class hospitality. The staff defines genuine care, offering warm smiles and attentive service at every single step of our journey. They constantly went above and beyond to anticipate our needs, making us feel incredibly valued and pampered throughout our entire visit. The culinary experience was another major highlight, featuring truly great meals at every turn. Whether we were enjoying the massive, fresh breakfast spread at Olu, exceptional pan-Asian flavors at Spice Traders, or fine Italian dishes by the pool at Acquolina, every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Between the stunning accommodations, the delicious food, and the exceptionally caring people, this resort is a perfect paradise that we cannot recommend highly enough.

Had a wonderful day outing at Anantara Kalutara Resort. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views of both the lagoon and the ocean, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the day. The buffet offered a good variety of delicious dishes, and the quality of the food exceeded expectations. The pool area was clean and spacious, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Beautiful resort, excellent food, and genuinely outstanding service. The dinners were a highlight — so good that we struggled to make it to breakfast the next morning. Special mention to Pawan at the front desk, who made our stay. He sorted a room change for us quickly and smoothly, personally arranged alternative meals on two separate days when we asked, and followed up proactively on every request without us ever needing to chase. Warm, patient and always a step ahead. The rest of the team were lovely too. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at the Anantara kalutara resort!! We were there for 3nights with my mother and siblings and it was absolutely perfect. From the breathtaking view and location, to the rooms everything was spot on! Having said this when you hear the brand Anantara you expect nothing less from a 5 star luxury hotel of this caliber, but what truly stood out were the people working there!!! From the time we checked in and the warm welcoming we received till our very last moment that we checked out the staff was amazing! Either when we had breakfast, or just chilling by the pool, or having dinner in one of their 3 restaurants the staff was very attentive, helpful, and kind. I wish I could mention each one individually! Long story short, the premises was gorgeous , the location was perfect , the rooms were superb, but what made this trip even more memorable are the people working there and I truly believe thats the definition of true luxury! A big thanks to all of you!! 🙏🏽

Special thanks to Piyumika from cluster reservations for making the booking on behalf of me as I had some issues booking online. The rest of the staff were amazing. Food and rooms were exceptional. You made my husband’s birthday very special. This is our second stay with you guys and hoping to come back soon. Keep up the good work 💐🙌🏼
