This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I honestly do not understand how this hotel has a five-star rating. In my opinion, it barely deserves three stars. From the moment we arrived, our rooms were very dirty. The floors, mirrors, bathroom, bed linen, and towels were not clean. Even after asking reception three days in a row to clean our room properly, nothing changed. Today, after speaking with the manager, I was promised that the problem would finally be solved. I specifically asked for a different housekeeper because I had completely lost confidence in the previous one. Instead, the same housekeeper came to our room and started arguing with me. She told me that the dirty bed sheets were not her problem because that was what she had been given. She was rude and completely unprofessional. I went back to the manager and again asked him to send a different housekeeper. Instead of listening to me, he became irritated and insisted that she was “the best cleaner.” He even wanted me to go back to the room with him and explain what was wrong. I had already explained everything several times. I came here to relax, not to spend my holiday proving that my room was dirty. The problems are not limited to the rooms. The restaurant was dirty, the food was disappointing, the corridors were never properly cleaned, and there was dirt and sand everywhere. This hotel is nowhere near the standard of a five-star resort. The service, cleanliness, and attitude of the staff were extremely disappointing. I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved this hotel! Stayed in a suite right next to the pool and it was perfect. Huge space, kept perfectly clean each day. The staff were always extremely helpful and friendly and they were a credit to this hotel. The pool area was very large and quiet (we went 20th april) always plenty of beds. The beach bar serves amazing cocktails and food, as does the glasshouse, top floor restaurant. Very good location for nearby restaurants and approx 30min walk to the centre of ayia napa, taxis are plentiful and cheap if you do not wish to walk. We would definitely return here

Severe Sanitation Hazard & Dismal Management at a Supposed 5-Star Resort Do not be fooled by the 5-star rating. Our stay at Adams Beach Hotel (August 2026) with three children was an utter nightmare, marked by severe health hazards and abysmal service. Sanitation & Health Hazard: We discovered a massive ant infestation on the ceiling, directly above our children's bunk bed and the center of the room. Broken Promises & Neglect: Both staff member Andreas and Guest Relations Manager Katerina inspected the issue during the day and promised treatment. When we returned late at night, absolutely nothing had been done. At 00:15 AM, reception dismissed us, stating "nothing could be done." Extreme Discomfort: At 1:00 AM, we were forced to attempt cleaning the ceiling ourselves. With our children terrified, four of us were squeezed into a single double bed for the night. Arrival Failures: On day one, the hotel staff gave our luggage to another guest by mistake, and the extra bed provided was broken. Dismissive Management: When we submitted a formal complaint, management took no responsibility, falsely blamed sealed snacks kept in our bags, and repeatedly sent identical copy-pasted responses refusing any resolution. Paying €593 per night for health hazards, unfulfilled promises, and copy-paste customer service is completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel if you expect basic hygiene and genuine hospitality.

I had a very pleasant stay at Adams Beach Hotel overall and would give it 4 out of 5 stars. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Ayia Napa, and the hotel grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and very attractive. The service was also friendly and professional throughout my stay. However, there are a few aspects that I don’t think meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. At the buffet dinner, even water had to be paid for separately, which I found quite disappointing for a hotel of this category. In addition, the elevator in the west wing is not well maintained. It feels very stuffy, and while I can understand not having air conditioning, there isn’t even proper ventilation. The hallways leading to the rooms are also not air-conditioned, which makes them quite uncomfortable during the hot summer months. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay. Thanks to the excellent location, beautiful hotel grounds, and good service, I would still recommend the hotel, but I believe there is room for improvement in these areas.

Pretty new resort just next to Nissi beach. Actually all borough around Nissi is almost brand new. One of the few which has own beach, however not something wow (nevertheless Nissi is 200 meters away). The biggest problem with Nissi for me is really shallow water. Nevertheless, this is a 5 star resort, quite big. There’s no fence, though, so everyone can access the beach (just thinking of parents with really small kids, so, not full security like mode). Food is nice (half board in our case). Nice beach bar and great fancy roof launch. So, worth of trying although not isolated resort.

Excellent hotel in Ayia Napa! The service is outstanding—everyone, from the waiters to the chefs and other staff members, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind, making you feel genuinely welcome throughout your stay. The outdoor pools and mini waterpark are great for families, and there’s also an indoor pool. The only minor downside was some humidity damage visible on the indoor pool ceiling. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and restaurant with magnificent views, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. What we loved most is that the hotel is divided into a family area and an adults-only area, creating the perfect balance for all guests. Highly recommended!
