It was a perfect stay, really! We spent one night there for my wife's birthday. The room we got was huge and beautiful, but the service was even better. They went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special. In the end of our stay, she had an allergic reaction and they called a doctor right away and covered all costs. I fully recommend this beautiful resort.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza semplicemente indimenticabile. La struttura è splendida, immersa in una location da sogno, curata in ogni dettaglio e perfettamente integrata con il paesaggio. La spiaggia è meravigliosa, con sabbia bianchissima e un mare dai colori spettacolari che sembrano usciti da una cartolina. Il cibo è stato uno dei punti di forza del soggiorno: ampia scelta, materie prime di qualità e piatti sempre gustosi, capaci di soddisfare ogni palato. Anche la SPA merita una menzione speciale: un ambiente elegante e rilassante dove rigenerarsi completamente. Un ringraziamento davvero speciale va a Francesca, Guest Relation Manager, una persona di una professionalità e di una gentilezza rare. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci ha fatto sentire ospiti speciali, seguendoci con attenzione, disponibilità e un sorriso sincero, pronta a soddisfare ogni nostro desiderio ed esigenza. La sua presenza ha fatto davvero la differenza e rappresenta un valore aggiunto per il resort. Un grande complimento va anche a tutto lo staff: persone splendide, sempre gentili, sorridenti e disponibili, che con la loro umanità riescono davvero a entrarti nel cuore. Infine, un applauso all’animazione: coinvolgente ma mai invadente, capace di creare allegria e divertimento rispettando sempre chi desiderava rilassarsi. Un ringraziamento particolare al simpaticissimo e gentilissimo Mathias, che con la sua energia, il suo entusiasmo e la sua professionalità ha coordinato un team davvero eccezionale. Complimenti a tutti! È stata una vacanza che porteremo nel cuore e che consigliamo senza alcuna esitazione. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

We are a family of 4 from California and stayed at this property after our visit to Serengeti. We stayed at the jungle villa. The villa is gorgeous with private pool. The only thing that was lacking in the rooms and bathrooms was very low light. Our family is vegetarian and we mentioned it during our check in. Chef Adam came and told us we will be very well taken care of. So for all the buffet Chef Sunil made sure he made special Indian vegetarian food for us and sent it to our table. The food was absolutely delicious. And the regular buffet spread is also huge with amazing variety. Kudos to everybody that puts in so much effort day in and out. And of course huge shout to both Chef Sunil and Chef Adam! The property itself is huge and very beautiful. The pool, the bar, restaurant, common areas all are very beautiful , green and clean. The entire staff is very courteous and friendly! Would highly recommend this resort.

We stayed 6 nights in Gold Zanzibar as part of our honeymoon. The staff of this resort are so amazing and helpful and they try to ensure you have the best experience. Thank you to Kelvin in the bar and Maryness at the beach who made our experience really special. I have a food allergy which makes travelling difficult but the Chefs at this resort were so good at taking care of me. A special thank you to Chef Kai and Chef Warren along with all of the breakfast chefs who were on hand to help me with what I could eat. I became very sick during the vacation (this had nothing to do with the hotel) and the staff helped me access medical care and provided any food at my request to try and help me feel better. I really appreciated this. Thank you to manager Ali who really helped us. We had a dream honeymoon meal on the beach and the staff kindly moved the date of this twice due to my illness. The beach is beautiful and the resort is kept in a beautiful manner by the gardeners and ground staff. Staff are so kind and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this resort.

My husband and I recently stayed at Gold Zanzibar and it was a wonderful experience! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms, although a bit outdated, are spacious and very clean. The main restaurant is awesome - it’s large and beautiful and the buffet is delicious. The chefs are phenomenal. I have a dietary restriction and one of the chefs gave me a tour of the buffet and told me to just ask him directly and he’d make me whatever I wanted. The beach is wide and clean and the water is crystal clear and warm. What makes this resort stand out though is the hospitality and service - everyone is so warm and kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and having a great time. The staff is truly amazing!!! Highly recommend!

most amazing hotel and beautiful beach. Chef Paul and Chef Warren went out of their way to prepare dairy free foods for my daughter. Our Butler Jackline was so wonderful with my kids. The food was really delicious. Will definitely recommend Gold Zanzibar. Their staff are excellent. We had the most amazing time at the hotel and beach. The villa was very neat
