A very decent hotel in the heart of Muscat. Definitely a great pick for stay-cation if you're driving down from the UAE or around. The suite was elegant and comfortable, special care was taken to ensure hygiene. The property is massive and well maintained. It also has a decent sized pool, along with other recreation facilities like fitness area and dining options within the property. The staff from concierge to room service were extremely friendly and accommodating. Overall, had a pleasant stay here at Muscat.

I had a wonderful stay overall! The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet was definitely the highlight of my stay. I looked forward to it every morning. A special thank you to Sai, Rabina, and Rupesh, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made breakfast such a pleasant experience. The only downside was the room service. My room wasn’t cleaned as expected on one occasion, and the food ordered through room service wasn’t up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel experience. Other than that, everything was amazing. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay, I would happily return!

The staff for the meals are great. They are very a welcoming, courteous, and professional. Anytime I even looked like I needed anything or did anything there was always someone ready to help. I barely had to take a step to ask for help. They were awesome. The food was great. And the staff om the bar were also exceptional. Fhe managers walking around were awesome giving oroblems and keeping things going. The two ladies one from PHILIPINES and other drom THAILAND. They were on the ball the whole time. They actions show they care aboit guests and the standard of the hotel. Breakfast group are my favorite.

I absolutely love this hotel! From the moment you arrive, the staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They really make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast buffet is fantastic—very rich, with a huge variety of choices, so there is something for everyone. Everything was fresh and well presented. Another big plus is the very easy access by car, which makes coming and going extremely convenient. Overall, a wonderful hotel with great service, excellent facilities, and a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again! ❤️

A very special thank you to the amazing bar team — Mary, Roxeen, Myrah, Pia, Wang Cheen, Sando, and Joan. ❤️ It was my birthday, and even though we arrived quite late and it was already close to last order, they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and kind. They kept checking on us and made sure we were well taken care of until the very end. You truly made my birthday night extra special and gave me such a lovely memory to take home. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and for making us feel so welcome. Definitely one of the highlights of my birthday! ❤️🥂

A special mention to Zohaib, who consistently went above and beyond to make every stay exceptional. The room was always spotless, immaculate, and maintained to the highest standard. What truly stood out, though, was his thoughtful attention to detail and willingness to accommodate every request with a smile, no matter how specific or particular it was. He always made it feel like nothing was too much trouble, and his kindness, professionalism, and dedication never went unnoticed.
