Worst experience of my life — Sheraton Oman Hotel completely ruined my wedding day. Mistakes can happen, but being ignored since November 14 with no real apology or compensation is unacceptable. No professionalism. No accountability. No respect. If you care about quality or have an important occasion — stay away.

I had a wonderful experience at Sheraton Oman Hotel. We arrived in the afternoon and enjoyed a relaxing tea break, which was beautifully presented and absolutely delightful. The atmosphere was elegant, the service was exceptional, and every detail reflected true hospitality A special thanks to Owais and Jassim for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that our experience was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again. This hotel is absolutely not worthy of a 5 star rating. At best, it feels like a 3 star property that has not been updated in years. The food is a major disappointment. Every meal takes far too long to arrive and the quality is poor. On top of that, the prices are extremely high and completely unjustified for what you get. Nothing about the food experience matches the cost or the wait. The rooms are outdated and old, with multiple issues that clearly have not been addressed properly. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. One of the most shocking parts of the stay was being charged £6 for milk for a baby. That alone says a lot about how this hotel operates. Overall, this hotel seriously needs improvement across the board. From the rooms to the food to the pricing, nothing meets the expectations of a luxury hotel. I would not recommend it and would not stay again. Only positive was the friendly staff.

I would like to share my disappointment regarding the experience I had today while visiting Sheraton Oman with my family. We regularly choose to spend one weekend every month at a 5-star hotel as a family break, allowing us to relax and for our children to enjoy the swimming pool and hotel facilities. Today, we specifically visited Sheraton Oman with the same expectation. During our visit, after I provided all the required details, including the number of guests and ages, your team initially offered us a room rate. However, after some time, the rate was changed completely, and I was informed that the initially quoted rate was not possible. I waited for around 20 minutes while the supervisor was called, only to be told that there may have been some miscommunication. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled left us very disappointed, particularly as we were with our family and had already spent considerable time discussing the booking. For a hotel of Sheraton’s standard, I expected a much more professional and customer-focused approach. Unfortunately, today’s experience was not what I would expect from a 5-star property and has affected our impression of Sheraton Oman. I request your management team to look into this incident and provide clarification on what happened. Stayed here for three nights last year. It’s not the newest hotel in Muscat, but it’s been maintained really well. The rooms were comfortable, everything felt well looked after, and the service was consistently good throughout our stay. A classic Sheraton hotel.

We had a wonderful stay of 5 night at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was very clean, and the overall service was excellent throughout our stay. My son really enjoyed the hotel, especially the swimming pool, which was one of his favorite parts. One of the best highlights was the amazing breakfast. There was a great variety of dishes, and we really appreciated the kids’ corner, which was a nice touch for families. A special thanks to Mr. Rajish for his kindness and excellent service during our stay. He was very helpful and made us feel well taken care of. Truly it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for families.
