حجزت أربع غرف أنا وعائلتي لكن بصراحة لم أسعد بتجربتي في هذا الفندق للأسباب التالية: 1- صالة الطعام حارة بشكل كبير لدرجة التعرق أثناء الأكل والله. 2- غرفتان من الأربع غرف كانت تفوح بروائح السجائر وعندما اشتكيت للإدارة قالوا أنهم يلزمون المدخن بغرامة مالية قدرها 50 ريال تذهب للفندق وليس لنا نحن المتضررون. 3- خيارات طعم الغداء في البوفيه محدودة جدا. 4- غرفة واحدة من الغرف الأربع كان التكييف فيها معطل فجاء الفني وقام بإصلاحها نصف النهار وقطع علينا الراحة ولم نحصل على تعويض. 5- بطء في الاستجابة عند الاتصال بأي خدمة الإ الاستقبال 6- حوض السباحة صغير جدا ومكان على السطح في الأعلى لا يسمح للأطفال بالمرح كثيرا لأن حوافه خطيرة.

This property falls well short of five-star standards, particularly given the availability of far superior accommodation options in the surrounding area. The rooms are noticeably outdated, with the bathroom in especially poor condition. The carpets appear dirty, and the curtains are visibly soiled, raising serious concerns regarding overall cleanliness. When I contacted reception to request basic amenities such as drinking water, my call was disconnected on three separate occasions, demonstrating a clear lack of professionalism and service standards. External noise levels are excessive, making restful sleep extremely difficult. In addition, the views are wholly disappointing, with rooms overlooking an IKEA store or blank shopping mall walls, offering no sense of comfort or ambience. Guests booking this hotel with expectations of relaxation or luxury will be severely disappointed. The property is in urgent need of a comprehensive refurbishment, and the reception team requires significant retraining, if not complete replacement. At a rate of £140 for one night, the experience represents extremely poor value for money and is simply unacceptable at this price point. While breakfast was good, this is the minimum expectation for a hotel claiming five-star status and does not compensate for the overall shortcomings. The only genuinely positive aspect of the stay was the room service staff, who were professional, efficient, and courteous. I was relieved that my stay was limited to a single night. By comparison, a previous three-night stay at Ibis Muscat provided a noticeably better experience, despite being a lower-priced hotel.

I visited Grand Millennium Muscat for the Iftar buffet for the first time, and overall it was a very nice experience. We had some difficulty making a reservation as no one was answering the phone, so we decided to come without a booking. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a table outside at first, but the F&B team handled the situation very professionally and managed to arrange a table for us as soon as one became available. I really appreciated their effort and hospitality. The service was great — the team was helpful, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the evening. A special thanks to Meera, who was very helpful and attended to all our needs. She truly made our experience even more enjoyable. The food selection was excellent with plenty of variety, and everything we tried was delicious. The only small issue was that the drinks were not as cold as they should have been. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and I would definitely visit again.

We had a really good stay at Grand Millennium Muscat and were very happy with our experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. From the moment we entered, everything felt comfortable and welcoming. The lobby and overall atmosphere of the hotel are lovely and it definitely has the feel of a good five star hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The housekeeping was also good and the room was kept very neat. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The location is another big plus. It is very convenient and having Muscat Grand Mall connected to the hotel makes things even easier. You can easily go for shopping, food or just walk around without having to drive somewhere every time. We also really enjoyed the food at the hotel. There was a good variety and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. The breakfast was especially nice with plenty of options. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Grand Millennium Muscat. Everything from the rooms to the service, food and location was great. We would definitely be happy to stay here again whenever we visit Muscat.

Amazing hotel. Booked the 3 bedroom duplex with private pool. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The hotel is connected to the grand muscat mall and walking distance to the avenues mall.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Millennium Hotel, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the amazing staff who made my experience so memorable. A special thank you to Miron at the reception for the warm welcome, professionalism, and excellent service from the moment I arrived. Your kindness truly made a great first impression. Thank you also to Grechen at the coffee shop for always being so friendly, cheerful, and attentive. Your smile and positive attitude made every visit enjoyable. I would also like to recognize the Filipino gentleman and the Myanmar lady at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I don't know their names, but they were exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. They made every meal a pleasant experience with their outstanding hospitality.
