I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Muscat, and what truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A heartfelt thank you to **Rubina, Shafi, Adesh, Sabir, and Sai** for their outstanding service. They were always courteous, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. **Zoaib** from Housekeeping also did a great job in maintaining the room and was always helpful. A special mention to **Akbar and Bipin** for kindly accommodating my vegetarian food requests. They made sure my dietary preferences were taken care of, which I genuinely appreciated. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. I did have a slightly disappointing experience on the day before my checkout, but I appreciate that the team addressed the issue promptly and resolved it satisfactorily. Thank you to the entire team at Crowne Plaza Muscat for your warm hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

The hotel is located by the beach, a bit outside of the city but still close to the sights. Very friendly and professional staff, nice pools, restaurant and bar overlooking the pool, the city and the beach. The room was spacious, well appointed, clean and it had a balcony with sea and city view. Worth the price.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Privatstrand. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Mein Zimmer war mit Meerblick und Balkon. Das rrgab eine tolle Aussicht und nachts durchweg beruhigendes Meeresrauschen. Die Mitarbeiter sind writgehend super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die beiden Pools fand ich semi, dafür war der Privatstrand und das Meer großartig. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war gut, wenngleich nicht top notch - vermutlich, da aufgrund einer getingeren Auslastung micht alles aufgefahren wurde.

⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This hotel isn’t worth 4 stars, but at least 5! We’ve had a wonderful stay here and enjoyed every second in this hotel. From the check-in moment where we’ve been greated with smiles and warm welcome, have had our luggage’s collected and delivered to our bedroom, to the point where we’ve been granted an amazing room upgrade, we have felt like royalty! Before visiting this country, I’ve read opinions all over internet and found a lot of people saying that the Omani people are very lovely and hospitable, but I don’t know why I didn’t expect quite this fancy welcome. Every single person we’ve interacted with always referred to us with Madame and Sir , went above and beyond to make sure we’re happy, not missing anything, and helped the best they could! At the front desk, Kamil and Issa helped us renting a car, and booking ourselves some fun activities; and no matter how many times we troubled them with questions they’re more than happy to have us sorted. When it comes to the room , there’s nothing I’d say bad about it! Extremely spacious, very well compartmented and maintained! Every corner was impeccably cleaned and put together! Beds extremely comfortable and silent air-con to adjust for your liking. The most impressive thing to me, although we have been given 6 water bottles in the bedroom every time the cleaning was done, you could refill your bottles in every single lobby, or terrace,FOR FREE! I’ve rarely seen a hotel where someone it is constantly near the public restrooms and if you went in with your swimwear dripping water, they’d come right behind you to mop the floor, with a great smile and would thank you for no reason. The pool it is absolutely amazing! Always sparkling clean, with perfect controlled temperature and lots of areas to choose from where to sunbathe! Also, the beach it is very well maintained where you have a good number of sunbeds with parasols, shower and bins! When it comes to talk about breakfast restaurant, only good things as well! Every morning we were greeted with smiles and genuine questions about how we are, fill and if we have any fun plan for the day! People like Monir, Arvind or Recheal, who constantly made sure that we’ve got all we want, and cleared out each plate or bowl as soon as you finished so we could enjoy the rest of the meal; completed our stay. I’ve been mega surprised to find out that although you could have anything from there, they’re very happy to make the coffee for you, or if they’ve seen you filled up your plate already, they’d offer to take it to your table so you don’t have to carry it! Shocking! After 10 days in this hotel, I keep thinking if there’s anything they could change or improve, and couldn’t find a single thing…and I’m saying this as a person who’s quite fussy when it comes to hotels and their facilities! I recommend this with all my heart, and I can promise you , you’ll not be disappointed if you choose to have your holiday stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel Muscat! Well done, to each one of you! I cannot wait to return here! ⭐️
