An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and each plate reflected great attention to detail. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavor, while the sides complemented it wonderfully. To finish, the dessert was simply outstanding and the perfect ending to a memorable meal. A special thank you to the entire team for making the evening so enjoyable. Thank you Bianka, Jude. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a refined dining experience with outstanding food and impeccable service. I will definitely be back!

We had such a lovely time! The food was delicious, and everyone was so welcoming. A special thank you to bianca and jude was incredibly kind, friendly, and always had a warm smile. Our stay at Kempinski was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel truly defines luxury, with elegant facilities, impeccable cleanliness, and a level of hospitality that made every moment feel special. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, and the service was consistently warm, attentive, and professional. One of the absolute highlights was our dinner at Bukhara. The food was simply outstanding!! authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special thank you goes to Suman and Koyel for making our evening unforgettable. Suman took the time to explain every dish with great knowledge and enthusiasm, helping us discover new flavors, and she never stopped smiling throughout the entire experience. Her genuine kindness and passion for hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. Koyel was equally attentive and professional, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. This was one of the finest hotel experiences we have had, and we cannot recommend Kempinski and Bukhara highly enough. We are already looking forward to returning.

As a regular customer of The Kitchen restaurant, I continue to be impressed by the outstanding quality of both the food and service. The breakfast, brunch, and dinner offerings were consistently extraordinary, making every meal a memorable experience. I would like to extend my special thanks to Chef Onder, whose professionalism, culinary expertise, and dedication to excellence were truly remarkable. His exceptional dishes, particularly the perfectly prepared and delicious steaks, demonstrated both creativity and mastery. Every meal reflected the highest standards of quality and taste. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to Anug and all of his colleagues in the kitchen team. Their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience were evident in every aspect of the service. In addition, I would like to recognize the Side Pool staff for their excellent service and warm hospitality. A special thank you to Mr. Mina, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude contributed greatly to making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Kempinski Hotel Muscat was outstanding. The dedication, professionalism, and genuine care demonstrated by the entire team made my stay truly memorable. Many thanks to Waranthon, Vicky and Emily. We had a wonderful dinner here tonight in Soi Soi Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, they hosted us with such warmth and genuine hospitality. They were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The absolute highlight was when they brought out the birthday cake and sang for us! It made the celebration feel so special. Wonderful food, but exceptional service and kindness like this make a place truly memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
