Hotel má krásný interiér, vybavení pokojů je sice staré, ale čisté, ale největší zklamaní pro nás bylo jídlo a okolí hotelu. Jídlo byla naprostá katastrofa, mořské plody nedovařené, místy mdlé, místy překořeněné, no hrůza, nedalo se jíst nic jiného až na dezerty. A okolí hotelu též zklamání.. žádná zeleň, palmy uhnilé, po zemi byli všude natažené trubky a hadice, výhled nulový.

A vacation to cherish forever From the moment we reached there till we left everything was taken care of. The room was excellent, complimentary kayaking we enjoyed a lot, the food at salt lake restaurant provided an excellent dining experience, with beautiful ambience and perfectly prepared food. Ramraj, Shubham, kausthabh and Hussien and others were so friendly and provided remarkable service. Kids club was a nice place for kids to spend time. Buggy rides were so good, Mr Read and others from front office were so helpful. Really enjoyed those 2 days, thanks to all. Highly appreciated

I would like to share my wonderful experience following a four-night stay at Alila Hinu Bay. We stayed in a magnificent villa with a heated pool and a beautiful outdoor bathtub, which offered an incredible sense of luxury and privacy. The accommodation was impressively spacious, including a separate living area that made us feel right at home, and we were particularly pleased with how immaculately clean the rooms were kept throughout our visit. Throughout our stay, we took full advantage of the hotel's activities, particularly the yoga sessions and kayaking, both of which were expertly organized. We also spent a great deal of time on the hotel beaches, where the service was impeccable and attentive. One of the highlights of our trip was the four-hour excursion to Jabal Samhan and Wadi Darbat, and I would like to extend a special thank you to our guide, whose knowledge and hospitality made the experience truly unforgettable. Furthermore, the convenience of the on-call buggy service around the resort and the high quality of the in-villa dining made our experience completely seamless. The friendly and attentive staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making the entire stay a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation in a stunning setting, and we already look forward to returning in the future.

Una delle mie più belle vacanze per relax, location servizi cibo SPA. A circa un’ora dall’aeroporto, il viaggio merita senza dubbio. Il personale sempre accogliente, Professionale. Un ringraziamento particolare a Imam, sempre così pronto a soddisfarci colazione, pranzo, cena. Sicuramente merira un altro soggiorno con più tempo per fare le numerose escursioni in zona. One of my best vacations for relaxation, location, food and spa services. About an hour from the airport, the trip is definitely worth it. The staff is always welcoming and professional. A special thanks to Imam, always so ready to satisfy us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It will definitely be worth another stay with more time to explore the many excursions in the area.

Wir haben insgesamt 16 Nächte in diesem wundervollen Resort verbracht und waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal hier – und jedes Mal ist es wieder ein ganz besonderes, einzigartiges Gefühl. Ruhe, Privatsphäre und Erholung stehen hier absolut im Mittelpunkt. Das Essen ist durchgehend hervorragend, der Service herausragend und das Fitnesscenter modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Abdulkareem und Hussain, die wirklich alles möglich gemacht haben. Generell trifft man auf sehr viele motivierte Mitarbeitende, die stets freundlich, aufmerksam und äusserst zuvorkommend sind. Wir schätzen das In-Room-Dining sehr und die Villa mit eigenem Pool ist einfach der Wahnsinn – maximale Privatsphäre und Komfort auf höchstem Niveau. Ein grosses Kompliment auch an den General Manager **Nebi**: Er begrüsst einen persönlich mit Namen, ist regelmässig vor Ort, erkundigt sich nach dem Wohlbefinden und zeigt echtes Interesse an seinen Gästen – das ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und macht den Aufenthalt besonders persönlich. Wir können das Alila Hinu Bay zu 100 Prozent empfehlen für alle, die Ruhe, Erholung und exzellenten Service suchen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.
