Hôtel peut-être bien situé, mais pour le reste, c’est une énorme déception. Nous sommes restés une dizaine de jours au The Chedi Muscat en demi-pension et le restaurant inclus est catastrophique. Pendant tout notre séjour, le menu n’a jamais changé une seule fois. Chaque jour, exactement les mêmes plats, sans aucune variété. Au bout de quelques jours, cela devient franchement pénible. Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant. Le buffet est minuscule et propose tous les jours les mêmes choses : quelques petites saucisses, des omelettes et très peu de choix. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, c’est incompréhensible. L’accueil à la réception est particulièrement froid. Lorsque j’ai demandé simplement où je pouvais regarder un match, on m’a répondu de manière sèche et peu aimable qu’il n’y avait aucune solution. À aucun moment je n’ai ressenti le sens du service que l’on attend d’un établissement de ce standing. Les piscines sont quelconques et le spa ne présente rien d’exceptionnel. Au vu du prix demandé, les prestations sont très loin des attentes. En résumé, je regrette clairement d’avoir dépensé mon argent dans cet hôtel. Il existe de bien meilleures options à Mascate pour un tarif similaire, voire inférieur.

Stayed at The Chedi Muscat for several nights during our trip to Oman, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is extremely well maintained - every area of the hotel, from the rooms to the common spaces, was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The facilities are also excellent, with beautiful pools, private beach access, and well-kept gardens that add to the overall experience. What stood out most, though, was the level of service. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, and it was clear that guest experience is a genuine priority at this hotel. I’d particularly like to acknowledge El Mustafa and Adil in the restaurant, whose service was exceptional throughout our stay. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and consistently ensured our dining experience was a highlight of each day. I’d also like to recognise Kumari from housekeeping, whose consistent attention to detail was evident in the immaculate upkeep of our room and continuous attempts to make sure we had everything we needed during the day, throughout our stay. Overall, The Chedi Muscat delivers on every front - cleanliness, facilities, and service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oman and look forward to returning in future.

We are having a wonderful stay at The Chedi. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the overall experience has been outstanding. All the staff have been extremely kind and professional, but we would like to give a special mention to Pandiyan, who has been incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful with us at the beach. His positive attitude and exceptional service have made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Pandiyan, and thank you to the entire team!

We had an amazing stay at The Chedi Muscat. The hotel is beautiful and the service was exceptional throughout. A special thank you to Bala, Saad and Anton in the restaurant, they were fantastic and made every meal memorable. Thank you also to Pandiyan by the pool for always looking after us so well. They all made our stay truly memorable, and we can’t wait to return next year!

We just got back from Chedi after a 9 day stay, it has to be one of the best experiences we have had. The service was impeccable, couldn’t have asked for a better time, we are already making plans for our next visit. A huge shoutout to Deepak Sharma and his team including Rimple, Sahil, Nitin, Kevin, Pandiya (pool side), Akilesh, Sonia, Baia, Anton, and Shady. I can’t remember all the names but every single staff member made a memorable experience, they all truly take care of all their guests . Sohal Family. 😊

The Chedi is everything you hope it to be — this was our second visit, and it lived up to expectations once again. We experienced consistently excellent service, with a couple of team members truly going above and beyond. • Raza handled a few issues with patience, understanding, and effective resolution, making us feel completely looked after. • Pandiyan, at the Chedi pool, was outstanding — always attentive, ensuring our water was topped up and checking in regularly to see that we were comfortable. Their care and professionalism made our stay feel special, and we’re already looking forward to returning.
