Lovely hotel, very clean & well maintained the towels are changed every day, the rooms are cleaned daily & the bedding changed every couple of days. We were booked for b & b, there's choice of hot or cold breakfast. The pool on the roof is great & child free there's a bar / restaurant that serves good food . There's also a decent family pool downstairs that looks very nice. There's also a gym if you're fit enough to use it in this heat. There's a lounge bar downstairs near reception, with entertainment, the staff there are very friendly & helpful as are all the staff in the hotel. I'd recommend families or couples to stay here. Lovely hotel, lovely rooms, lovely people.

A Wonderful Stay at Luna Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Luna Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The refurbishment has truly transformed the property into a beautiful retreat. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. One of the standout features of my stay was the serene atmosphere. It was wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect place for relaxation. The customer service was exceptional—staff were always available, day and night, to assist with anything we needed. A special shout-out to Persica, who was especially kind and welcoming. Her warmth and politeness even brought smiles and laughter to my 11-year-old son, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The value for money was excellent. I opted for half board, and the variety and quality of the food were impressive—it all tasted amazing! The swimming pools were not only lovely and warm but also kept spotless, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend Luna Hotel and look forward to my next visit!

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms are rather modern and appealing. However, one of the beds we were given was a sofa bed which isn't great comfort, other than that no issue with the rooms. Great daily housekeeping services. The hotel food is slightly questionable. Purchased a Half-Board package and the breakfasts were the exact same for each day but it was not bad quality food it was just repetitive. The dinners had slight alterations but the quality wasn't always up to standards. One of the biggest problems I had with this hotel was the fact that during the dinners there are no free drinks available. They would charge you for water which is unbelievable and all of the drinks were expensive and even more expensive when compared to restaurants in Valletta Centre. The rooftop pool is not a plus. It was always packed and it's extremely shallow so it's not even suitable to swim any lengths. The hotel is close to the sea to be fair but you can't see the sea from the hotel except for a slight bit from the rooftop. This may be because there is a huge crane behind the hotel destroying the landscape. The staff were fairly friendly except for one or two outliers. Overall I was satisfied with the hotel but i'm sure there'd be better options.

The rooms were lovely, modern, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Extra bedding was also provided if needed. The WiFi worked well and having Netflix in the room was great. The adult pool area was lovely, although the pool itself was very cold. Breakfast was good but there wasn’t a huge amount of choice. The surrounding area didn’t have much nearby, so we found ourselves getting taxis most places. One downside was that the walls were quite thin, so we were disturbed by noisy neighbours a few times during our stay. The night concierge staff were helpful in eventually dealing with the noise complaints, although no alternative room was offered. We also had issues with the air conditioning breaking during our stay. Staff overall were polite enough, but didn’t seem particularly engaging. Overall, the hotel had some really positive features and we still enjoyed our stay, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at Luna holiday complex. This hotel is amazing!!! First and foremost, it was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming and they really couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Sinead greeted us on arrival and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit/eat out and how to book again. We added breakfast to our booking which I'm so pleased we did because it was the best. Everything was hot and freshly made and again the staff were very attentive. This hotel is a stones throw away from the beach and some very nice restaurants. We will definitely be booking to stay here again.

The rooms are a bit dated and in need of some modernisation. On the first day the shower flooded the floor due to the drain being blocked so was unusable until repaired. On the second day the air conditioning unit started dripping from it's corner onto our items below as its drainpipe was blocked. This was quickly rectified by maintenance but you could tell by the existing water damage that this was a regular occurrence. The food has been nice and staff have been great so far.
