I cannot begin to explain the experience we had at this hotel! The health and safety risks at this hotel were frightening. No hot water for a full week and that’s if you were lucky enough to have water at all. Air con was intermittent to say the least staff were well rehearsed in their excuses but complaints were never resolved. The pool area seemed acceptable at first sight until you slipped or fell on the supposed non slip badly laid tiles. You were either told off for putting an umbrella up in a slight breeze or your child was ordered out of the pool for playing with a ball. More worryingly the lifts just stopped working whilst on the roof! The stairs were locked and you were directed by unconcerned pool staff through a building site with wires hanging where there was a ceiling no windows, holes in the floor to a filthy service lift or a miniature staircase down the open side of the building from the 8th floor. I dread to think what would happen in the event of a fire as it was unsafe and there was no signage at all. The rooms were clean but unfinished with door frames missing, work debris lying around, sharp tiles, creaking toilets ready to fall off the wall. The rooms are cleaned daily to the expense of you holiday lie in with cleaners knocking or entering the room before 8am. Food options in the restaurant were limited but acceptable although I am convinced that the drinks machine permanently tasted of chemicals and one morning we had to water down our own juice due to the fact there was no water to the restaurant . I cannot believe that this hotel has passed any form of health and safety or fire inspection. I am utterly lost for words that the likes of Jet2 even sell this holiday!

Loved the hotel, it is being renovated still but lots to like. Our room was big and clean. Breakfast was fresh and plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and look out for Prashanth who was a lovely, kind, friendly man

I will mention the only con first. The air conditioning in the bedroom was not effective and did not cool the room. It was 26 deg when we were there and it was becoming difficult to sleep. For that reason alone I would not go back to this hotel which is a pity because everything else was really good. The room was comfortable and super clean. The food was good. Staff in the restaurant were fantastic. The location was good too. 15 mins from the beach, city sightseeing bus picks up at the door, the bus station is right beside, and the promenade is a 5 mins walk. Buggiba jetty also only a 20 mins walk. Classic car museum is 5 mins walk. It was quite noisy when we were there but it is a built up area and there were renovations ongoing on the roof which we were aware of before we went. The only other slight downside is the pool is quite small and it's hard to get any swimming done unless you're the only one in it. Early morning and after 5pm are the best times. Roof terrace is nice with plenty shade and a bit of a breeze. A rooftop bar will be opening later in the season but staff came round and took drinks orders.

Lovely, helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was varied and our room was cleaned every single day and our WI-FI signal was good! Great location with Bugibba’s bus station 2 minutes down the road! Down side was slightly slow to react to rowdy boys by the pool (they did eventually) and loud guests entering the hotel and waking us up! Not their fault but thought they could have reacted a little quicker.

Klidný hotel v centru čtvrti Qawra ve městě St. Paul's Bay. Pokoje uklizené, nabídka u snídaně široká. Vnitřní bazén s výřivkou zavírá ve 20 hodin, ten střešní však už v 18, což je dost brzy. Dopravní dostupnost veřejnou dopravou je výborná (nedaleko je autobusový terminál Buggiba Bay), což oceníte, pokud nemáte auto a chcete si procestovat ostrov.
