Stayed here for a week at the end of May. Overall we really liked the size and cleanliness of our room. The location was convenient to bars, shops, restaurants, and St.George's Bay and Spinola Bay. The pool area was dead most days, no music and the bar was closed more than open. Breakfast was good but it was the same options every day which got old after day 3. Restaurant had limited hours and the rooftop was unavailable after 8pm. Overall the facility was lack luster and access felt restricted as it would've been nice to enjoy the sunset from the roof. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but if you're looking for a place for a few days this wouldn't be a bad spot.

Frühstück recht gut, Pool auch ok, aber... TV-Fernbedienung im Zimmer nicht vorhanden, Klobürste eine Katastrophe, Lärmpegel im Zimmer extrem hoch (Fenster sehr schlecht) , Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht ab, Klimaanlage auch sehr laut, Zimmerservice schwach, Lage schlimm... Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel . First time in 2024 is was absolutely fine - no issues and we were excited to come stay here again . In 2026 there was a different experience and I will never stay here again . The rooms seemed fine 2 years ago and this year very hot and stuffy and fan doesn’t work and no ac - we were a month later last year . There is now a vodka bar across from the main entrance) where our room was also and the noise level Thurs Fri and Sat was deafening all night long . I mentioned it ( not complaining just mentioning on Saturday night to the desk and the young lady said if I complained to her she could call the police and they would shut it down . I did what she said and she obviously called and the police did come - with little result ( that being said Sunday night was fine ) My biggest issue was the seriously unprofessional attitude I got from Sujibha ( the young lady who told me to complain to her about the noise ) after I complained ( which she suggested I do ) there was little result- so I called her back and told her that and asked if she could reach a manager - she rudely ( like really got an attitude out of the blue ) told me it was a weekend and to e manager was unavailable ( like it’s the hotel business??) I worked in retail for 30 years as a district manager and weekends were definitely when I was on call for customers! That being said I gave up and went to bed . I was called at 1 am ( I was sound asleep) by Sujibha telling me my outside patio door was open - I responded yes I know I was letting fresh air in as it was stuffy and hot and I had long given up on the noise for the past three days. Throw young lady was vindictive and rude and has no place being in a customer facing position- I was extremely offended that she called me at 1 am to tell me my door was cracked .

One of the best hotels in St Jilian that we have stayed so far. The location of this Hotel is very central and convenient for pretty much everything, The best restaurants , shopping and just wondering around and you will find something to interest you. Very safe neighborhood anytime of the day or night. About the hotel, starting from the (front office)reception. everyone who worked behind that counter 24/7 was incredibly kind, courteous and professional. They go out of the ways to answer questions or concerns and of course recommendations to the best restaurants in the area and arranging tours as well. The rooms: very clean and well appointed with plenty of space for bags and baggage, a safe and a chaise lounge to lay down. Breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor was top notch. wonderful spread to satisfy your palette. good service to match. Overall, this hotel is very quiet despite the busy location. plenty of amenities, transportation and the ocean a few feet away if you want to catch the breeze or wet your feet. Highly recommend . D & G .

I highly appreciate this place. The rooms are nice, internet is working perfectly. The restaurant at the hotel is serving real nice food and the staff is such friendly. Special thanks to Cas, he helped me with nice insight restaurants and bars around the island

I mean, what is her not to like about Number 11 Saint Julian’s Malta handwritten collection. In the heart of Malta, it is found walking distance from the shopping area, stunning establishment, intimate, classy, beautifully designed nothing but great things to say and thanks to Anton and his team. He runs two great places The George and Number 11 they go hand in hand and disappointment does not go here at Number 11 to the warm welcome to the beautiful rooms and space that you are put in. If you are looking for style and class come stay at Number 11 !
