The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the harbor, making it easy to access ferries and nearby attractions. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room—the view is absolutely worth it. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, so getting to the airport or anywhere else on the island is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and complete. The only thing that could be improved is the coffee—I would recommend upgrading it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. If you’re planning to visit the Blue Lagoon or other attractions, I strongly recommend speaking with Enalys, whose desk is located just after the reception. Be sure to listen to her recommendations and trust her advice. She helped us choose the best options, and we were very happy with everything. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was peaceful, family-friendly, and relaxing. For a 3-star hotel, I think it exceeded expectations and offered excellent value for money. I highly recommend this hotel. Book it—you’ll have a wonderful stay!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. As soon as we arrived, staff were using the public elevator to transport mattresses, one of which had visible blood stains on it. This was extremely unpleasant and gave a very poor first impression. The photos of the swimming pool advertised online do not correspond to the actual pool at the hotel, which feels misleading. The hotel also states that the rooms are soundproof, but they are definitely not. There were ongoing construction works, and the noise could be clearly heard from the room. The bathroom was another major issue. Every time I took a shower, the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor, forcing me to constantly use towels to soak it up and prevent an even bigger mess. I requested an iron on three separate occasions during my stay, but it was never brought to my room. The overall maintenance standards were poor: the paintwork throughout the hotel was in bad condition, and the corridors were uncomfortably narrow. The breakfast was very disappointing as well, with a very limited selection and poor variety. The only positive aspect of my experience was the breakfast staff, who were genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the expectations created by its description and photographs, and I would not choose to stay here again.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, and the friendly and professional staff was always there for anything we needed. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms—everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which greatly contributed to our pleasant experience. The food was truly excellent, diverse, and delicious, with options that can satisfy every taste. Overall, we have nothing but praise for the entire team and their efforts. We leave with great impressions and are confident that we will return. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and quality vacation.

We stayed in Room 602 for five nights, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The air conditioning was a major issue—it wouldn't cool below 25°C despite outside temperatures reaching 33°C, making the room uncomfortable throughout our stay. The bathroom door didn't close properly, and the room itself felt tired and cheaply furnished, with low-quality furniture that gave the impression of poor maintenance rather than a hotel in this price range. Housekeeping was generally good, and the room was cleaned neatly each day. However, we didn't receive fresh towels on the second day of our stay, which was unexpected. The weekend was particularly frustrating due to loud techno music coming from the 7th floor. The heavy bass continued until around 10:30 PM each night, making it difficult to relax. On our final day (Sunday), the hotel experienced repeated power outages every 10–15 minutes, which also left the elevators out of service. The breakfast was another disappointment. It was crowded, offered very limited variety, and felt quite underwhelming overall. We also encountered issues with the "smart" TV, which wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi. Although we reported the problem to the staff early in our stay, it took almost the entire five days before it was resolved. The only consistently positive aspect of our stay was the housekeeping staff, who did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price. With the number of issues we encountered, I would not recommend staying here and would suggest looking at other hotels in the same price range that offer better quality and a more comfortable experience.

To start off, this hotel did not look anything like the photos online. This hotel claimed to have ran out of towels so we had to keep grabbing their beach towels to use. Our first room smelled of mold so they put us in a different room in which the air conditioning didn't work. It clearly had a malfunction because the screen flashed on and off all night so we had to cover it with a shirt. In addition to having to constantly ask for towels, we had to ask several times for an iron and a fan. The gym was just sad and gross. The sauna was just an open room. Although it was in a fantastic location, I would not recommend staying here. Please do not waste your money.

Aluguei pelo Booking.com e ao entrar em contato com o hotel para alinhar pequenos detalhes como pagamento e horario do check-in, as respostas eram genericas (parecia copy and paste) e nao solucionava minha duvida real, apenas dava informacoes gerais das quais eu ja tinha acesso. Quando cheguei no hotel depois da 00h na recepcao so havia um funcionario que claramente estava sobrecarregado tentando dar conta de clientes reclamando de algumas instalacoes no quarto que sairam dali sem solucao imediata. Quando finalmente chegou minha vez o recepcionista nao achou meu quarto e disse que eu tinha recebido um "upgrade" para outro hotel com quarto melhor. Claramente Overbooking e a forma como fui tratada foi pessima, nenhum pedido de desculpas, nenhuma tratativa, explicação justa e parecia que eu estava sendo mau agradecida pelo "upgrade". Era apenas a palavra dele dizendo que era melhor, nao mostrou nenhma foto do novo quarto, nenhuma vantagem palpavel do hotel que eu iria. No fim aceitei pq nao queria dormir na rua...ele apontou onde estava o novo hotel, chegando la tinham uns 40 adolescentes em escursao para fazer check in. Apos longas espera descobrimos que o hotel nao era aquele...o recepcionista da Bayview tinha enviado a gnt para o hotel errado. No fim, o recepcionista do 2ndo hotel que estavamos sabia qual era o nosso hotel final e nos acompanhou ate la. Resumindo: evite!
