All the staff were so lovely, helpful and kind!! Especially Karan a male member of housekeeping staff who was very kind, welcoming and helpful, he cleaned the room to a high standard! The rooms are spacious and bathroom was very modern and beautiful (low pressure in the shower though), however, the balcony does need repairs but still ok. Great facilities including the gym, indoor pool and restaurants! Lovely touch is that you’re able to access the private beach club connecting to the hotel with a free towel and sun bed token as well very fairly priced food and drinks in the day and evening. Unfortunately during my stay an incident happened but the staff were all so helpful and made me feel safe and secure as well as coming back later in the day to check on me again. Thank you so much for a positive and pleasant experience :)

Açıkçası daha önce iyi bir otelde konaklamamış kişiler için iyi geliyor muhtemelen bu otel. Modern, yeni ve lüks otel sevenler bence puana bakarak bu oteli seçmemeli. Standart bir otel beklentisi olanlar için ideal. Bu fiyata çok daha iyi bir otelde konaklayabileceğinizi düşünüyorum. Otelin konumu gerçekten güzel, akşam çıktığınızda her türlü olanak var. Kalabalık ve birçok yere yürüme mesafesi. Fakat check in saati 16:00 :) uçuşumuz sabah erkendi ve saatlerce otelin icerisindeki koltuklarda beklemek durumunda kaldık. Resepsiyona 2-3 kere gidip odanın hazır olup olmadığını sorduk cunku otele gelmeden birkac gun once ucusumuzun erken oldugunu belirtmistik ve yardımcı olacaklarını soylemislerdi. 2. soruşumuzda biraz gerilerek check in saatinin aksam 4 oldugunu soylediler. Biz de elimizde yiyeceklerle koltuklarda dizi izledik:) Otelin koridorları maalesef pis ve havasız. Yerler günlük süpürülmüyor muhtemelen. Halılar eskimiş. Kapıların önünde yenmiş yemek tabakları bekliyor. Oda büyüklükleri iyi fakat rutubet veya küf kokuyor. Yorgan nevresimi lekeli ve yırtıktı. Bunlar dışında banyo temizdi bence. Otel çok büyük olduğu icin kontrolden çıkmış gibi. Ve tabi sanırım baya eski bir otel. Plaja gelirsek eğer alan asla yeterli değil, yer bulmanız çok zor oluyor. Biz 1 şezlongu 2 kişi kullanmak zorunda kaldık ve neredeyse akşam saat 5 den sonra insanları yavaş yavaş kovalıyorlar. Sizi kaldırıp şezlongları toplayıp masaları diziyorlar. Sadece kenarda birkac sezlong kalıyor ve 6 da plaj sonlanıyor. Deniz de maalesef bulanık ve pis. Bunları yazmak gerekiyor cunku yüksek bir beklentiyle gelip senede 1 olan tatiliniz maalesef beklediğiniz gibi geçiremeyebilirsiniz:) beklentileriniz ve standartlarınız yüksekse bu fiyata farklı seçeneklere bakılabilir. Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Neffer, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and were freshly serviced every day to a very high standard. The food was also very good, with plenty of choice and consistently enjoyable meals throughout our stay. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, attractions, and transport links all just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Malta. Overall, this is a very accommodating hotel with excellent service, a great location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Malta, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Intercontinental, the resort is surprisingly large to be located in such a central/bustling area. There are multiple restaurants to visit (including Lumi which can be accessed via a bridge from the swimming pool) and the food was a very high standard and large portions. The pool was a highlight and great to visit after a day out in the heat. The breakfast restaurant (Haramba) was great and there was a large selection of items which is helpful for young children, and service was excellent (thank you Osher aka Sourav Ganguly Jr for being so attentive and making our stay so memorable).

This is a great hotel with a convenient placement. Make sure you get a club room with access to the 15th floor club lounge. Nice pool areas on both 10th and 19th floor. Make sure you have access to the 19th floor. The breakfast is great and so was also all the other servings at the hotel. The neighboring party street is NOT for kids to put it nice, so stay clear of that. Probably quite cool if you are here as 18 year old to party. The gym was amazing, and also the indoor pool with sauna and cool tub was great. Recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Hotel in Malta. The hotel was excellent, and we were very impressed with the rooms – they were comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. We really enjoyed our stay there. The breakfasts were also very good, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food every morning. What we appreciated the most was the friendly and professional staff at the reception. It was very helpful that the receptionists spoke several languages, which made communication easy and pleasant. We would especially like to thank Anna, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. We would be happy to stay here again in the future!
