We had another wonderful stay at the Pullman Bali Legian Beach and can’t recommend it highly enough. The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with stunning ocean views, making it the perfect place to relax. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently delicious food. We’d especially like to thank Cahya, Ayu and Seni, who have looked after us during all three of our stays at the Pullman. They remembered us each time and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They took exceptional care of my mum, who requires gluten-free meals, always ensuring she had a safe and delicious breakfast. The gluten-free nasi goreng was always fantastic! They also made sure we always had drinks, checked in to see if everything was okay, and were genuinely kind, caring and friendly throughout our stay. Housekeeping was also excellent, with our room always kept clean and well presented. We would also like to thank the Food & Beverage Manager (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten his name), who we remembered from our 2023 stay. He kindly treated us to a complimentary dinner at the hotel, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also really appreciated the chef taking the time to personally show my mum around the buffet, explaining which dishes were gluten-free so she could eat with confidence. The Pullman Bali Legian Beach continues to exceed our expectations with its beautiful location, outstanding hospitality and incredible staff. It’s the people who make this hotel so special, and we look forward to returning again in the future. Thank you to everyone for another memorable stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Legian Beach Bali, but as someone with coeliac disease, eating safely while travelling is always one of my biggest concerns. The breakfast team made such a positive difference to my holiday, especially Haity Perak. Haity went above and beyond every single morning. She took the time to help me identify safe gluten-free options, understood the importance of avoiding cross-contamination, and even arranged for fresh gluten-free pancakes to be made for me each day. Her knowledge of coeliac disease was outstanding, and she always greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Her exceptional service made me feel safe, cared for and able to enjoy breakfast without worry. Thank you, Haiti, for making my holiday so much easier and more enjoyable. Pullman is very lucky to have you! A special thank you to Chef Mariyasa for preparing the most delicious gluten-free pancakes during my stay at Pullman Legian Beach Bali. As someone with coeliac disease, it's rare to find gluten-free food that is both safe and exceptional, but these pancakes were honestly some of the best I've ever had. I really appreciated the care, quality and consistency that went into preparing them every morning. Thank you for making breakfast something I looked forward to each day. Your attention to detail and commitment to guests with dietary requirements is truly appreciated.

I really love this hotel. It's exceptionally clean, and the location is amazing. However, the strong Indian influence took away from the experience for me. When I travel to Indonesia, I want to experience the local Indonesian culture, food, and atmosphere. If I were looking for an Indian cultural experience, I would travel to India. This is just my personal preference, but I felt it detracted from what I was hoping to experience during my stay.

Pokoj s výhledem na moře , pokojovy servis 2x za den , úžasná kosmetika v koupelně , střešní bazén ( bez děti ) , max ochota personálu - nic není problém. Celkem slušná posilovna s profi dozorem - ochotný a slušný a připraven s pomoci. Snídaně nic moc - velmi rušno a jídlo bez chuti a slabší kvalita surovin ( hlavně sýru a podobně ) . Celkový dojem příjemný , velký důraz na to ze jsem člen AccorHotels klubu . Děkuji za upgrate pokoje .

Located opposite the beach at Legian, this resort is top notch. We booked an ocean view room but on arrival were upgraded to a superior suite on the top floor with ocean views. The staff are really friendly & accommodating, we paid for the breakfast included & it was a spectacular & delicious start to each day. A great price for such an upmarket resort. The beds were huge & so comfortable. It’s really well set out & is a great place for families as it’s very quiet. Will stay here again.

The hotel was amazing, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. A special thank you to the wonderful Kids Club team—Pipit, Agu, and Ratih. They were incredibly friendly, caring, and welcoming, and they made our children’s experience so much fun. Their kindness and enthusiasm truly stood out and made our stay even more memorable. We really appreciate everything they did and would love to come back!
