You can't knock this hotel really. It's got a great location, we also came here last year and we see now that the recent redevelopments have certainly improved it. The lifts are slightly better this year but they are still not amazing. Food is good. Good variety and reasonable quality. What improved the most is the entertainment. I don't think i ever seen it this good. Frank and his team are full of energy, happy and are giving that extra mile, we havent seen it like this the other years. They did an amazing show for San Guan, a Spanish night, what a party it was, we laughed so much, my friend won a cocktail 😎 one thing I need to say, we love a night of fun where the public joins in, Frank was the absolute best, but participation acts everyday gets a bit of the same, this year the hotel doesnt invest in shows, like a motown group or flamingo act. We went to the puente real hotel two nights, which is right next to it, to see a live act and a flamingo, so at the end it was perfect. The staff are probably the biggest plus they are all friendly and helpful especially the poolbar guys and Frank and team who made our holiday!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente hotel, limpieza impecable y personal excepcional Una estancia maravillosa en Bersol Torremolinos Beach. Desde nuestra llegada, todo el equipo nos hizo sentir muy cómodos gracias a su amabilidad, atención y profesionalidad. Quiero destacar especialmente al equipo de limpieza, porque su trabajo es realmente excepcional. Las habitaciones están impecables, limpias, ordenadas y muy cuidadas, y se nota diariamente el esfuerzo y la dedicación que ponen en cada detalle. Para mí, la limpieza es fundamental en un hotel y aquí cumplen con creces. También quiero felicitar a todo el personal por su trato cercano, educado y profesional. Siempre tienen una sonrisa y están pendientes de que la estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Un hotel muy recomendable en Torremolinos, tanto por la limpieza como por la atención, la comodidad y la calidad humana de su equipo. ⭐ 5 estrellas totalmente merecidas. Especialmente gracias al maravilloso personal de limpieza por su gran trabajo. ¡Volveremos! ❤️👏

El hotel es limpio, la habitación está muy bien, amplia, el servició pasó todos los días. El bufet està bien, a destacar todo el personal del hotel sobre todo los camareros, súper agradables,los animadores Fran y Edgar hacen la experiencia más amena, en definitiva todo genial. Por poner un pero los ascensores.Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Cuando vi las reseñas no pensaba que lo de la intoxicación y vómitos fuese verdad pero si lo es. Mi pareja y yo sufrimos una intoxicación alimentaria y tras comunicarle lo que había ocurrido una encargada/supervisora en la zona de recepción tuvo la poca decencia de decir que eso era un virus que traíamos nosotros y que limpiasen la zona de recepción que habíamos tocado no váyase a pasar que contagiásemos a alguien. Surrealista, vaya pésimo trato ante esta situación tan común en ese hotel, con todos los casos que ha habido según leo reseñas es extraño que sanidad no haya pasado para comprobar el tema de la comida . Lo más positivo de la estancia fue la animación que eran súper majos y agradables. Si vais a este hotel no comáis, lo demás bien.

Best holiday! We are here currently, we were expecting chaos, crazy kids screaming and running around in the restaurant but none of that all. Its busy but not too much as we seen in other hotels. Food is good, only for a 4 star you should expect a bit more choice but the quality is good. We love the daily paella. Rooms are good, very comfy beds and the view is amazing. Ive been reading the comments and they are 100% right about the animation, the absolute best we have ever seen!! Frank the entertainer, the energy that guy is putting whole day long in the activities with so much hapinesss and getting everyone involved, is just amazing. We joined almost everything. The daily aguagym is a big party as well! But be on time as there are so many people joining in, to have a nice spot in the pool. Bar staff is very friendly, they do a deposit system for a reclying cup per person. We just didnt understand how it worked, we had to keep the receipt but that wasn't clear to us. So we lost our deposit, so now we want to bring the cup home as a souvenir haha. The elevators are slow I have to say, if this could be fixed, the hotel would be perfect. We are going back tomorrow,but we will be back bext year!

El hotel y la comida genial, la animación y el socorrista estupendo, la ubicación perfecta, el servicio súper atento y amable, siempre con una sonrisa. Tiene dos problemas básicamente que los ascensores aunque tiene cuatro la mayoría de las veces solo funcionan dos y tienes que esperar mucho tiempo y otro muy importante sobre todo si vas en verano, es que hay pocas sombrillas y estropeadas, la mayoría, se le sale el agua y se vuelcan constantemente, la proporción es 1 sombrilla cada 6 hamacas, cuando lo lógico sería que fueran 1 sombrilla por cada 2 hamacas. Son dos aspectos que si mejoraran, influiría muy positivamente en los clientes. Tienen un pequeño problema con las cucarachas en la zona de la piscina que espero que sea puntual.
