Beautiful little resort, very peaceful and perfectly located in Negril. The food is amazing. The staff is kind, welcoming, friendly, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with breathtaking sunsets every evening. The pools are wonderfully warm, and the cliff jumping is an unforgettable experience. This is an absolute joke of a resort. I have been to Jamaica once before (and to 15 countries total), so I promise I know what I am talking about. Any good reviews must be by people who have never been anywhere before. The food is trash (only available at certain times of day, long wait times, very few options- and who comes to Jamaica for pizza and hamburgers for lunch??) with the exception of dinner which tastes good even if there are no options. The staff are horribly rude at both Samsara and the sister property, Legends, with the exception of Kimiko and Tina (literally the only exception). We had to beg for beach towels and when we finally got some on day 2, they are poor quality. The marketing team is fantastic in that they considered a pool table and ping pong table an "arcade/family room" and the few books left by visitors to be the "library". The resort features no entertainment typical of all-inclusives with the exception of a reggae band on Friday nights. No other activities at all. The full service spa features one person, so don't expect to get to go with your friends/family together. Overall, this "all inclusive" resort is not worth the 1star I gave it. I will NEVER be back to this pitiful excuse of a facility.

Lovely location, but terrible front desk service. The kitchen staff were professional and very pleasant, which makes it even more disappointing that two members of the front desk team let the whole place down. Because of this experience, I will unfortunately never return. After a 19-hour journey with my sick elderly mother, I lost the card used to make my booking. Although the stay had already been fully paid for, the reception staff were extremely unhelpful and made the situation very difficult. We were effectively left with no accommodation and nowhere to go after a long and exhausting trip, and spent hours arguing just to be allowed somewhere to rest. Eventually, after repeatedly asking for alternatives as there must be one, i paid in cash again in order to be accommodated. We were placed in a poor, run-down bungalow far from everything. When we requested a better room, we were refused again. A manager was repeatedly promised but never appeared at any point during the situation. At one point, we felt as though we were being left with no support, which was especially distressing given I was travelling with my elderly sick mother. The location itself is beautiful, but the service was unprofessional, disorganised, and deeply disappointing

Perfect for our family with members from 19 to 80 years old looking for active fun. Lots of cliff jumping, snorkeling and exploring nearby caves and sea. Relaxing pools, plenty of lounge areas and transportation to the beach if desired. Modest food choices but plentiful. Not a high end luxury resort, just fun and comfortable. Staff is SO accommodating!!

Stayed here 13 may for 11 night the worst all-inclusive hotel i have ever stayed. Unsuitable for anyone that has mobility issues. Drinks are terrible food was horrendous only nice thing was our room and the infinity pool and our maid that cleaned our room and views Couple of days we had no towels so I contacted reception there said it would be sorted we had to use our beach towel to wash then one day there changed the bed then we had no bedding call reception said it would be sorted but not till the next day had ask for coffee for the room as it was never replaced no water in the fridge if you want bottled water you had to buy it or fill a paper cup from a barrel in the bar. Cocktails were not good just ice and water if you want wine you have to pay same for any other spirits same as the food want some nice food you have to pay for i was told thought had pay as I was all inclusive Meal times you are lucky if there was any thing left if you don't eat early To my step to climb up to restaurant. uneven grounds around hotel going out of hotel was a night mare traffic to fast so couldn't walk anyware never stay there again

Very disappointing experience at Samsara Cliff Hotel. We paid for an all-inclusive stay, yet still had to pay separately for food that was supposedly included, which felt very misleading. The rooms looked nothing like the photos advertised online. They are outdated, poorly maintained, and desperately need refurbishing. We were also placed in a deteriorated section of the hotel where the door was rusty, extremely heavy, and gave an uncomfortable first impression from the moment we arrived. The food quality was horrible and definitely not worth the money spent. I only stayed one night instead of two because the overall experience was so disappointing. To make matters worse, the parking lot is extremely narrow and difficult to maneuver. Someone ended up hitting my bumper while driving in or out, and the only assistance I received from the hotel was a flyer telling me to email them about the situation. There was very little concern or accountability shown. The ocean view is beautiful, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of the stay. Overall, it was not worth the money and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
