The staff was extremely unfriendly, we didn’t see a single smile during our stay. The services are extremely poor!! Breakfast was absolute CHAOS - disorganized, unpleasant and definitely not the experience you expect. I honestly cannot remember staying at any 5-star hotel anywhere in the world where the staff did not offer to help with luggage (even though I can easily carry it myself). I specifically booked the 95 sqm room because I wanted an extra bathroom. Surprise: the bathroom exists, but it is completely empty, only the pipes are there (see photo). Absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing!! We were 3 guests, but everything was prepared only for 2 people. No bathrobes and no slippers were provided at all. The kitchen had absolutely nothing in it, not even a trash bin (see photos) Very disappointing and definitely not what we expected from a Premium Ocean View room. We booked a Premium Ocean View room and I am attaching photos so everyone can see what “ocean view” actually means here.....

This Hotel is Breathtaking I love how it’s style and gives a cultural vibe not to mentioned how well kept it was very clean and fresh. But I will point out a few downfall and please am really not being picky but I’ll say this much it was a little frustrated checking in I was over charged and still awaiting funds to be refunded . Then there was the Breakfast everything felt very cold and not heated. And also The service at the Front Desk needs a little more professionalism. Panamá is now Becoming a Famous spot for tourists all over the world it would really be nice to have someone Speak Proper English am not saying change the culture but be mindful of Folk from Different countries etc Bahamas Jamaica Trinidad and Tobago Barbados etc. but I must send a Big shout out to Ruben the bartender very nice and eager to assist big thanks to all the bartenders and the server all of them was super helpful and friendly also to the bellman’s they all was helpful and very nice. Therefore because all the lovely staff I mentioned thanks a million and we do look forward to coming back to Megapolis

We read the reviews before booking this hotel and I am honestly shocked at the reviews being so inaccurate. We traveled for two months, staying in a total of 8 hotels, and this one was by far the worst experience and dirtiest. The reviews must be from people who are not accustomed to a level of cleanliness and excellence. We stayed for a week in this hotel while our home was being renovated. The hotel might have once been amazing 20+ years ago, but not any more. The hallways haven’t been vacuumed in years. The carpet is incredibly outdated. The showers didn’t drain, the towel hooks falling off the walls, the rooms hadn’t been dusted, nor the floors truly cleaned. We have a baby and we refused to let her crawl on the room floors. The beds are ok. The staff that worked the breakfast buffet however, were wonderful and loved greeting our baby. Room service for a pot of hot water for the baby takes over 45 minutes. Their phones stopped working, I had to go up and down to merely request waters. There is no attention to detail. Service is poor. Several times they never cleaned the room. I had to request maid service each day by phone. Several times they forgot new towels and we would run out of toilet paper and tissue because it wasn’t stocked daily unless requested. The breakfast buffet is large but poor quality foods (cheap foods). The pool blasts party music way too loud and attracts a crowd that is not suitable for families. So we never once attempted to swim (even though our baby loves the pool and the weather was perfect.) I would not recommend staying here.

Pasamos una noche aquí con mi familia antes de embarcarnos en un crucero por el caribe. Teníamos una espectativa menor del hotel ya que solo íbamos a dormir y partir al otro día y gran sorpresa. Comimos en uno de sus restaurantes estuvo muy bueno pero lo mejor fue el bar donde disfrutamos de unas alitas y varias cervezas a un precio inmejorable. El servicio espectacular, muy bien por eso con todos los que nos atendieron, desde el bell boy. También una vista súper instagrameable. Muy muy por encima de nuestras expectativas. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Un desastre total: Hotel completamente sobrepasado y pésima atención Mi estadía en el Hotel Megapolis Panamá fue lamentable. Las instalaciones y el personal demostraron no estar en absoluto capacitados para hospedar a tanta gente, evidenciando un colapso total al alojar a los deportistas de los Juegos Suramericanos. * **Check-in y Organización:** Llegamos a las 16:30 hs (cuando el horario oficial de check-in es a las 15:00 hs) y nuestra habitación no estaba lista. Nos pidieron que esperáramos una hora y media por la limpieza. Finalmente, pudimos ingresar recién a las 18:30 hs, y solo después de quejarnos durante media hora porque seguían sin prepararlas. Además, no nos entregaron ningún tipo de credencial para identificarnos como huéspedes, lo que nos hizo perder muchísimo tiempo en los controles de seguridad del evento deportivo. * **Desayuno:** Un verdadero caos. Literalmente no había casi nada para comer. Mi "desayuno continental" terminó siendo un par de tostadas, un trozo de sandía y queso. El café nos lo teníamos que servir en vasos de cartón, y tuvimos que reclamar para que al menos nos trajeran un poco de manteca para el pan. * **Instalaciones y Limpieza:** Moverse por el edificio era una pesadilla; las esperas para usar los ascensores llegaban a ser de hasta 10 minutos. En cuanto a la habitación, el servicio de limpieza pasó, se llevó las toallas usadas y jamás las repusieron. * **Atención al Cliente:** El personal de recepción es lento y sumamente maleducado. Quiero destacar especialmente la pésima actitud de David Guerrero, quien no solo no nos brindó ningún tipo de solución, sino que nos daba respuestas condescendientes, tratándonos como si fuéramos ignorantes. **Conclusión:** Un hotel que claramente no está a la altura para manejar alta ocupación ni para brindar un servicio básico decente. Un verdadero desastre que no le recomendaría a nadie.

Poco empáticos en su servicio! ya había estado en ese hotel por 4 dias y regresé a la semana pasar una noche, le pedí al chico que me pusiera esta vez en la vista al océano ( el chico de recepción no sabía como hacerlo ) me hace el checking y me asigna una vista ciudad! al pedirle nuevamente le pide asesoría a la jefa y ella rápidamente meinforma que cuesta 100 USD el upgrade, yo pagué 145... pues al intentar hacer una reserva ese mismo dia con vista al océano, me salía en 135 USD con vista al oceano! en fin me hicieron sentir tonto!!!, el hotel estaba vacío! no les costaba nada hacer el cambio! en fin, no regreso no recomiendo!
