From start to finish, the service here was phenomenal. Three days before our arrival the hotel reached out to confirm our flight details and arranged a driver for us — that kind of proactive care sets the tone immediately. On arrival we were welcomed with a beautiful breakfast and, to our surprise, an upgrade. Every single member of staff we met was genuinely warm and helpful, never rushed, never scripted. Our room was spotlessly clean with a stunning view, and the resort sits right on a gorgeous stretch of beach — you're steps from the sand. Hard to fault anything. We'd come back without hesitation and recommend it to anyone heading to the Seychelles.

I had a wonderful stay at the Savoy Hotel. The location is excellent, directly in front of the beach and within walking distance of several beach bars, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. What truly makes this hotel stand out is its exceptional team. Brigitte, Paul, Imran, MI, Andri, and the entire staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. They provide all the information you may need and go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. What impressed me most is that guests are not treated as room numbers or just another customer. The team genuinely gets to know their guests, remembers their names, and greets them personally every day. This creates a warm and family-like atmosphere that makes you feel truly welcomed and valued throughout your stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable and demonstrated the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. I travel frequently, and this is one of the very few hotels where the staff personally approaches guests every morning during breakfast to check if everything is satisfactory, ask if any assistance is needed, and offer thoughtful touches such as arranging breakfast on the beach. Their genuine care, attention to detail, and personalized service make all the difference. The staff doesn’t just provide excellent service, they create a memorable experience and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend the Savoy Hotel and would gladly return.

Dear Savoy Resorts, We have had a wonderful stay at the resort, and I would like to specifically commend Mr. Paul for his exceptional service. Since our arrival, he has assisted us with great patience and a positive attitude, even helping us transition to a different room. He is truly one of the best representatives we have encountered. We are thoroughly enjoying our vacation. The proximity to the beach, the excellent food, and the professional staff have made this a very relaxing experience. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Des vacances vraiment incroyables un très bel hôtel, Les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous sommes allés à deux adultes et deux enfants, la terrasse est génial, le personnel, incroyable, entre autres, Andri, Judith, Tamara et bien évidemment les autres personnes qui veillent à notre bien-être tout au long du séjour. Hôtel, idéalement, situé face à la plage, très propre bien entretenu. La piscine est magnifique. Merci encore pour ces beaux moments.

Miserabler Serivce. Als wir Abends spät nach langer Anreise einchecken wollten, sagte man uns einfach, dass unsere Reservation storniert wurde. Wir dachten, das sei ein schlechter Witz. Wir mussten für EUR 320 eine Übernachtung bezahlen, weil sonst hätten wir ja nirgends hin können. Am nächsten Tag musste unser Reiseveranstalter zuerst bestätigen, dass unsere Buchung rechtens ist und bezahlt wurde, bevor das 5 Sterne Hotel Savoy dann weitere Abklärungen machen konnte. Diese liefen dann über die zentrale in Russland. Aufgrund der Zeitverschiebung mussten wir dann warten. Schlussendlich haben wir dann um 14:00 Uhr das Zimmer erhalten. Als wir nach einer Begründung nachfragten, konnten sie uns nichts sagen. Nur: dass wir im Recht waren. Abgesehen von dieser schlimmen Erfahrung ist das Hotel extrem in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht bei Weitem nicht mehr dem Qualitätsanspruch eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Die Lage war das einzig Positive. Das Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen.
