This is BY FAR the worst hotel I have ever stayed at - we were away and when we came back, it turned out our room was flooded from upstairs. Our room was wide open, without any member of the staff, so at first we thought we were robbed, because all of our things were there. All of our belongings are ruined, including electronic devices. No one from the hotel contacted us there was a problem, even though they had all our contact details. We got no explanation, not even a sorry from the staff and all they said is that we can try writing to an email with a complaint. Considering I am also pregnant, this is beyond anything I have ever experienced and I cannot imagine a worse reaction from the hotel and the staff, so I would avoid this place at any possible cost. From what I know, a couple of other rooms were also flooded, so the problem with the condition of the hotel is much bigger.

Place: positioned in very safe and clean neighbourhood, near beautiful Hyde park, underground is not so far as other guests commented (700-800m approximately). Rooms: clean, with big toilets, AC is working even when card is not inserted (when you are out of the room) if you leave it on, which is really good if you want to come to fresh room especially in summer. You get complimentary 2 bottles of water daily. I didn’t have any problems with fridge, it was cool and kept everything cold. Beds were comfortable and you had various pillows option. Breakfast: Coffee machine made perfect espresso, but some food as eggs were bland without any taste (not even salty) but I think that’s more UK thing with food… Even If I am not sweet tooth they had very good croissants, jams, honey, cereals and also melon and mango was there which is thumbs up, but I think they can make more meat options. For breakfast you can also find sausages (good), fried cheese (good), eggs (tasteless, bland), ham (good), beans (not bad), low fat greek yogurt with various tastes were very very good. Gym (exceptional): what surprised me the most was the gym which had treadmills, stationery bike, 2-20kg dumbbells, wire station with various attachments, bench (small adjustable), bar with weights, water fountain, disinfectants, towels. This is very god for small to medium sized hotel as this one. Which was not so perfect: Even if the cleaning staff was fast and very efficient and room was always perfectly clean, one morning they were so loud with cleaning the hall that they woke me up. Also at 6:00 if your room is positioned near trash leaving site you can hear workers cleaning it and waking you up almost every morning with soumd of cracking glass, but other things were very good. All accounted hotel was nice, staff was very eager to help, bar and reception was good, yes elevator is maybe smaller but you have 2 you can use (depends on position of the room), so no problem with it.

What a great place to stay in Central London! Stayed with family from 8th June to 11th June 2026. This is a very cozy, calm hotel with some wonderful hosts as staff. Right from check in to send off, everything was taken care of exceptionally well. Rooms are maintained extremely well and they have a decent spread for breakfast. Close to Hyde Park and Nottinghill, the place is well connected to all parts of the city and the airports. Will definitely stay again !

A quiet hotel in an area that was safe for 2 women. Breakfast was crowded with crammed seating. Pet peeve- maids left all the lights on all day after cleaning. I was also turned off by the no outside food sign. Beds were comfortable and adequate space for 2 people in the twin room.

Had a great experience at this hotel bar. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything was taken care of. Drinks were well made and the overall experience was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for a nice evening out.

We stayed for three nights, and had two Club rooms- one with two twin beds and one with a king. It is a tricky business finding a hotel in London that suits all your needs and reading all the reviews makes it harder as you just need one bad review to make you question your choice. Not having stayed here before, we kept our expectations low but as we arrived at the hotel, which looks great from the street- nice lighting and a welcoming atmosphere- we started to feel better and things only improved from there. I can safely say you can probably ignore any negarive reviews and feel good about your choice to book here! Staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, going out of their way to accommodate my mother who uses a walker. The rooms were spacious (by London standards) and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable although slightly soft and while the room was very warm, the windows opened and let in fresh air which was very nice. The breakfast was great: juice tea coffee, full English, yogurt fruit cereal, cheese, charcuterie, pastries- something for everyone. The friendly breakfast hostess was a highlight as she directed traffic around the dining room and seated guests. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was delicious. There is also a nice bar. As far as location, it is fairly central although if you want to walk to Trafalgar Square, it will take you about an hour, although most places in London take about 45mins to an hour to get to so not a big deal and plenty to see along the way. There are two nearby tube stations and plenty of buses etc, and Paddington Station is a 10-15 minute walk. I have travelled to London many times and found this location to be good to access Notting Hill and Bayswater to the west, and Kensington etc to the south. Overall I would highly recommend as a comfortable well appointed hotel with excellent staff, good food, in a good location, and good value for money (relatively speaking by London standards of course).
